In late winter '18, I had called EC Floral and asked about a sympathy floral arrangement I saw online. I knew nothing about the flower shop..., just picked them of the internet. Florist, Genny explained that some of the flowers in the online version were "not in season" but that she could construct an arrangement that would look similar. She sent me a text picture of it and it was gorgeous! Months later, I was set to be married 5/5/18, and made the horrible mistake of waiting till a couple weeks pre-wedding to start calling Wedding Florists to ask for one, simple, white-rose bouquet. Many florists turned me away, (actually laughed at me...wishing me "good luck.)" I seriously just wanted a very simple bunch of white roses tied together and was facing the reality that I was going to have to do this myself. I then recalled using EC Floral, months previous. Genny didn't laugh at me and was very nice and said that she could put something together with a little bit of green to make the bouquet pop! It was absolutely gorgeous, simple, elegant and I got a ton of compliments on it! So, I totally looked like I had put a lot of thought into this flower arrangement! Thanks EC Floral and Genny! Highly Recommend

Genny was amazing to work with for our wedding flowers! While I was planning, it was easiest to communicate with email and she was always so prompt in getting back to me. I had a specific leaf that I wanted even though it wasn't in season. Genny searched until she found it for me. Everything turned out beautifully! I also compared prices all throughout the Chippewa Valley and EC Floral was by far the most competitive!

Ordered flowers for a birthday and received an email confirmation stating they were delivered on Monday, like I had requested. They were not actually delivered to the recipient until Wednesday. I emailed to ask why I would get a dated confirmation even though they were delivery two days late and still haven't received a response months later.

Sadly, we did not have a great experience. The cost of the corsage was outrageous, the service when I ordered was not friendly, and the end result was not at all impressive for the cost. When I ordered the flowers, they had nothing to choose from, so I had no idea what I was going to get. I asked if they had pictures and I was told I could look on their FB site. When I picked up the flowers they had put tiny white roses were starting to get discolored on the ends of the petals and the blue flowers looked wilted. We will not be going back.
