Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The person that took my order wrote down the order the way she wanted it and my girlfriend had an allergic reaction and had to be hospitalized because of it. They did nothing to try to compensate for the mistake that they themselves made. Pitiful.

The ladies here were absolutely fantastic! I had a last minute order-the day before Valentine's Day-for 15 dozen carnations, and they called their distributor and had them rushed to the shop, and had them all ready to be picked up the next morning! I was so impressed with how hard they worked to make sure I had what I needed-I recommend them to anyone who listens!
