Ok experience with some customer service issues. First I ordered the flowers and the website said free local delivery. The company is in Chippewa Falls which is 5 minutes from Eau Claire so I figured it would be local. Went through the order online paid for everything and then ten minutes later I get a call saying I need to pay $10 more because Eau Claire is not local which really it is but heck $10 more to not have the hassle to find another place I paid the money. Then I see the charge come through for $10.55, tax I guess but annoying because I authorized $10 not $10.55 and was never told about tax. The day goes by with no notice from the company about delivery of the flowers so I email them at the end of the day and get a reply saying they could not deliver because the person was not home. Ok fine but why not let me know right away? Why leave me hanging and make me wonder and have to email? Finally now the flowers have been delivered, I hope all is good because I have not heard yet but did receive an email saying they were delivered. Likely will go with another company next time.

My husband and I have ordered a couple times from a few states away and the whole process has been great! We enjoy the follow-up of the confirmation email of delivery! The free delivery was a perk and we added the extra money to up-grade our floral arrangement. Will continue to be our choice florist shop for the Chippewa Falls area! I used Christensen's a number of years ago and was not pleased with their product. I am an ardent supporter of small business though, so based on current, positive reviews, I tried them again this year. I placed a telephone order for the "Gather Round Centerpiece" as depicted in this photo from the Christensen website. I paid for the "premium" version. The piece was to be delivered to my daughter for her Christmas table. The pictured small bouquet and vase were delivered and left on the porch. My daughter texted a picture with a "Thank you" note. Imagine my surprise. I called Christensen's and spoke with the manager (Nikki), inquiring if there had been a mistake... perhaps delivery mix-up... surely those were not the flowers I ordered. Nikki advised that no, there was no mistake. However, she expressed that she was not familiar with the "Gather Round Centerpiece" product. After Nikki and an assistant looked up the illustration on their website, she offered to remake the order and effect an exchange. The third picture is of the result. It looks a bit cobbled together to me, with mismatched candles, and everything else in somewhat of a lump. Far short of my expectations of a premium ($87.50) piece based on the web photo. Worst of all, if my daughter had not been thoughtful enough to send a picture of the first iteration, I would never have known I'd been "Grinched!"

The note I wrote never made it with the flowers, which was an important part of the whole presentation at a funeral. I asked why and they said it was a mystery and just showed me the online order form where my note was and then tried to blame it on the church or my family member for removing the note which did NOT happen. I would not use this florist if you are ordering online. No compensation offered either.

I called on a Friday evening asking if a simple, small bouquet of flowers could be put together and delivered to a restaurant prior to a reservation as a surprise for my mother. It was short notice and I was from out of state (and it was recommended that I call here for flowers). They not only charged me a very decent price, but they also delivered (on time) a beautiful bouquet that my mother loved! Thank you for making her day a lot brighter and going above and beyond my expectations! I look forward to praising you and giving you all my business in the area when needed again!

Ordering online for a local delivery was very easy & there was a beautiful selection to choose from. I picked a beautiful pink & purple arrangement to send my sister for a "get well". I received a call 20 minutes after placing the order that they were out of some of the flowers that were pictured, but offered to use the same color scheme with a different selection of flowers. I agreed. They were able to deliver the very next day. My sister called me after the delivery arrived & was crying, because she was so happy & the flowers were so beautiful. She sent me a photo & I was floored. The arrangement was gorgeous. It was full, colorful, and very special. The attention-to-detail was wonderful & customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Christensen to anyone.

Disappointing that we couldn't make a delivery work between two days all because it wasn't on a delivery route:( I do advise calling Evy Ivy Over when you run into this problem with Christensen Floral! After being let down twice I called someone who was willing to work with us. Its sad because I found a beautiful arrangement I know she would have liked.
