These guys are FANTASTIC. The website was super easy to use which was important for me since I live out of state. Spencer was very responsive, sent me a photo of the flowers and kept me up to date on the delivery status. If I lived in Appleton I would be using these guys all of the time! Thank you again!

They made my girlfriend cry... Of joy of course! I'm not part of town, I actually live in a different state. I wanted to get my girlfriend some flowers for her prom but I couldn't be there with her. I was looking around for local shops and stumbled upon this florist. Seeing that it had mostly good reviews I decided to go with this one. The site is very well done and it was a smooth purchase. Once the purchase was completed, I got an email with all the things I purchased, where its going, etc. I got another email with a picture of what it would look like and to be honest, It looked better than the stock. They outdone themselves. Now for my case, my girlfriend wasn't home but it was OK because of a person named Spencer. He was very polite and caring, explained that she wasn't home so he'd send them again in a hour or if not, send them the next day. I wrote in the driver's note to tell her to call me and when she got them, the first thing she tells me is, "OMG THEY'RE SO PRETTY!" 10/10 Would buy from again. The flowers I specifically got was called "Just Fall'n "

Charles the Florist came as a recommendation from a previous employer (UW Athletics) – and wow, what a recommendation! From only a few Pinterest pictures and two in person meetings, they took a dream and made it perfect! Our centerpieces and bouquets were absolutely stunning floral arrangements. Charles the Florist did not stop there – their attention to detail, ability to have two delivery locations, and the staff’s creativity, passion, care, and kind attitudes are what really made our day! I have stopped in a couple times and worked with Joe who has always been great to work with, but had never ordered over the phone. When I needed to send a get well arrangement to someone I called and spoke with Spencer for Delivery. He was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. I asked for something creative and unique Designers Choice and told them my budget. It was Gorgeous! i have tried other florists in Appleton and Charles the Florist is definitely my go to. Do not be dissuaded by a couple negative reviews. They are great to work with and deliver beautiful fresh arrangements.

Went there based on the good reviews and ratings. Never been in there before and I needed something fast and didn't have time to shop around. The selection was very limited and prices were insane. On the plus side the woman was very helpful and made me a bouquet for the price range I told her I'd pay. The arrangement looked nice but thought it was too expensive for what I got. Can't say I'd recommend or go back

Did a search for a florist in Appleton to deliver some flowers and came across this shop. Had great reviews so I went with it. I indicated in the order that it had to be delivered by noon. I received a text from the recipient around 2p and they never made mention of the flowers. I asked and they stated they never received anything. I call the florist and the owner gets on the phone. I stated to her that the flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon per the notes in my order. She states that she didn't see that message and that her driver has already delivered all arrangements for the day. Very rudely, she then stated we can deliver later or we can give you a refund. I responded, well the person is no longer at work so it makes no sense to deliver and to give me a refund. I'm all about customer service, but I was instantly over her and the conversation with her very insincere apology. Never again will I order flowers from this shop. Move on to the next flower shop in your Google search.

Living in California as I do, I thought I had used the services of "Charles the Florist" over the years to send flowers to relatives in Appleton., who have always been thrilled and appreciative of the arrangements. Mid-day today (Noon, California Time and 2 p.m. Wisconsin time) I realized that TODAY, October 3, 2016 is a special day for my 92 year sister., and realized, also, that I had neglected to order flowers sent to her on this occasion. Unsure of whom exactly I had done business with over the years, I dug into the internet and called Charles the Florist, spoke with Susan, who was most helpful, remembered me (and my sister), knew her address and phone number and assured me that she would be certain that a lovely floral piece would be delivered by the end of the day. I cannot express how much I appreciate the courtesy and talent of Susan and her crew (Joe) in handling this for me, providing my sister with the delight of flowers, especially in this case on such short notice. I myself am unable to "get back home" to Wisconsin for visits anymore, but how sweet it is to know that such folks are still there, helping each other enjoy the great fall days of Wisconsin in October while I sit in my garden in Los Osos, watching the hummingbirds drink their fill from the feeders, surrounded by happy memories. I sent an arrangement to a family member, but the roses died after a few days. I let Charles The Florist know just as an FYI, but they really went above and beyond with the feedback and are replacing that arrangement with a new seasonal one. They had been trying a new variety of roses and were super apologetic about the minor issue. Really impressed with the customer service!!

Easy to use website, fair prices, beautiful arrangement (with photo sent to me prior to delivery), same day delivery within a few hours of placing my order, and amazing customer service. My friend ran an errand and was away from her house at the time of their first delivery attempt. When she was home again, they kindly and promptly made the second delivery attempt and put a smile on her face. I will definitely use them again, and now she will, too.

Called Charles the Florist this morning after another local florist took my order and wouldn't deliver. Well, I spoke with Spencer, he was very kind, very helpful and exceptionally understanding. Took my order and had it delivered I believe within the half hour. Plus the cost was fantastic, other florist was so much more... for same thing, what a shame!! Thank you, thank you Charles the Florist! I was sent a photo of the orchid, Spencer said it was beautiful, indeed it is!!

Do not use this florist. I live out of state and ordered flowers from them for delivery based on the other reviews. What a mistake. Charles the Florist was great about taking my money, sending a follow up email and even sending a picture of the arrangement. Unfortunately... I ordered a "Designers Choice" "DELUXE" arrangement for my mother-in-laws birthday. The choice they made was to use half dead flowers and not very many. For $90, what a joke. "Designers Choice" = Half Dead Incredibly disappointed. Nothing ruins a nice gesture like getting taken advantage of by a business who obviously does not care. Charles the Florist should be ashamed of himself.
