Everyone at Brent Douglas is so great to work with. Their arrangements always stand out. We have used them numerous times, and they always have done an outstanding job. Recently for my father's funeral they really created flowers that represented him and his life - it was so unique and beautiful. The grand kids love their individual money trees - They always think of Grandpa when they water them!

The staff was very pleasant to work with. I explained to the team member Brent what I didn't like and what I would like to see in my arrangement. Thank you Brent Douglas Flowers for putting together a beautiful bouquet 90 minutes before my 25th wedding anniversary dinner with my wife and delivering them to Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub. They had them waiting on our table and my wife was impressed that they had flowers on our table. She didn't realize they were for her until I said something. It was wonderful to see her expression! I was a first time customer and unfortunately the flowers were for my step dad that passed away. It was a very difficult time for the family, especially my mom. However, Brent and his team were so incredible and had excellent customer service. My mother was very specific on what she wanted for the flowers and I looked at a few floral shops. Not only that, this was for a Hmong funeral, which had different needs for the customization, Brent's floral shop was the only place that could deliver exactly what we wanted and the finished product was perfect. My mom was so happy and it truly helped her with the closure she needed at this time. I give them 5 out of 5 stars on customer service, pricing, and quality! Thank you again!

Brent and his team are incredible. Brent is not just a florist but an artist and really helped paint the picture of our overall feel for the wedding. He handled all the centerpieces including candles and the vases they were in, he decorated the backdrop behind the head table, he decorated the tree we got married under, etc. I have no knowledge of flowers and so I did my best to explain the feeling i was looking for and Brent was great at providing directions and steering me away from anything that was too trendy. Our wedding was timeless. He also is extremely detailed in his work and in his invoice. This allowed both of us to be really specific yet flexible with the budget, where we needed to cut or add, etc. I would highly recommend Brent and his team! Extremely flexible, professional, affordable and wonderful to work with! He made my vision come true. Thank you Brent!

I called Brent late morning on a Saturday and asked if I could still get flowers delivered to a friend in one of the local hospitals. One other florist I tried had told me it was too late and they could not do it. Brent was so accommodating and said SURE he could get them there. Very poor customer service. I wanted 3 arrangements for ~$250 for my mother's retirement gift. When I called to place my order, I specified the specific names of each arrangement from the website, not only the original time, but the next day when I called back to re-verify they had everything in my order. It was a special occasion and I didn't want anything messed up. The day of, they delivered 1 bouquet, supposedly worth ~$250. They repeatedly said it was a misunderstanding, and that I got my money's worth. How do you misunderstand me telling you the specific names of 3 arrangements, and only making 1? They refused to only charge me for 1 arrangement, and Brent never returned my call despite the staff saying he would. Had an absolutely awful experience with them.
