We happened to stop by as we were passing through, and so happy we did. It's more than just a florist, very nice and unique gifts too. The ladies were so friendly and went above and beyond for us, by adjusting the arrangement we decided on and adding some beautiful Gerber daisies! It was stunning and Mom loved it! Thank you again, we will definitely stop back when in the area!!

I would highly recommend Blooms In Bloom! We got married one month ago and Joey at Blooms in Bloom did our flowers for the wedding at The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee. The bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were well put together and also beautiful! Joey did all the set up at the venue both inside and outside and it looked perfect! Through the whole process, Joey was helpful, kind, full of good ideas and also responsive to our ideas. Having Blooms In Bloom for our wedding florist was comforting because we knew the job would be done well!

Totally dissatisfied with the quality of product from this establishment. I ordered by telephone a "Hanging Plant" for a memorial tribute for my recently deceased brother. Since I do not know the types of plants available, I relied on the expertise of the attendent at our local outlet in Mukwonago Wisconsin. Upon arriving at the memorial service at our church was dismayed to see the limp, skimpy product that was delivered. The following day, traveled to another shop by the same owner to express my dissatisfaction in person. The person I spoke to, and I presumed it was the owner of all the shops was extremley defensive, said we had received what we ordered and what was described by the telephone conversation. Upon realizing that it was to no avail to talk to this person, left the shop totally dissatisfied. Upon returning home we receved a phone call from the shop, offering to replace the plant, with another. Which of course was of no use to me after the memorial service was completed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT., CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY WITH THEM> .I will not give this shop even a single star for quality of product or service.

Blooms In Blooms are awesome! They are very friendly and helpful. I have ordered and received flowers and they have been beautiful every time. They do wedding cakes and flowers also. They have fresh cookies and cupcakes! They have a large selection of flowers and arrangements or they will make to order. I would recommend them to my friends and family. My go to flower shop!

Blooms in Bloom went above and beyond to deliver same-day to my grandparents. They put more flowers in the arrangement than I was charged for and made sure it looked beautiful. The staff was cheery, helpful, and diligent. When it was delivered, they spent time talking to my grandparents, making sure they were happy with the arrangement and it made their day! I will most definitely be ordering from this shop again!

I am so glad we chose Blooms In Bloom for our wedding. The bouquets, corsages and centerpieces were so beautiful. Our cake and the cupcakes for our guests were absolutely delicious. We got so many compliments. I knew all would be great because I have used Blooms In Bloom for funeral arrangements and party cakes. Always outstanding. Highly recommend for all occasions.

Every time i am in town I stop in to pick up some of their delicious cookies, Absolutely love the mexican wedding cake cookies. I had them do my wedding cake and was extremely happy with the result! the cake looked just like i pictured it and was moist and delicious ( chocolate cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting YUM!) If you need a cake, they are the person to call.

Very dissatisfied with the quality!! This was the first time I purchased anything here - it happened to be a wrist corsage for my daughters first Prom. It looked beautiful but was POORLY made. Before she even left the house it broke. I am assuming that they put it in the refrigerator before the floral glue set - unfortunately we had nothing that would work - we used a safety pin, which worked for about 30 minutes - only enough for pictures. She never even wore it to Prom. I called the following Monday to complain and the only way they would make it right was if I brought the item in - are you kidding? I was so mad, it was tossed on Saturday!! $ 25.00 for something that fell apart less than 1 hour after she wore it - pathetic!!!

I wouldn't even give them a one. Terrible customer service We made a call to order centerpieces for our fundraiser. Barely got one sentence out and the person answering the phone was rude...stating "We aren't interested -take us off your list" and hung up. Their loss ...I guess we aren't good enough for their business.

I was visiting relatives near East Troy and called to see if this shop had an orchid in stock. Carol answered the phone and said she had one, gave me great directions and I was there within a half hour. She reduced the price for me even though I didn't ask; she thought since it only had 3 small blooms, I might be expecting more for the price. This is a great shop. Love love love. Kaycee was amazing through our wedding planning process for flowers and cake. She made it so simple. The flowers were so beautiful. More than I could have imagined. The cake was divine and she decorated our venue with gorgeous flowers. The ceremony and picture site was out of this world. You are amazing and talented and made our special day just gorgeous.
