I called to order from out of town for a "Get well" balloon and small flower arrangement for my Dad in hospital. My instructions were "make it happy and masculine". They sent a ballon in primary colors and yellow and white flowers in a little red Weber grill. Brilliant! I could not be happier!! And he loved it too

I recently ordered birthday flowers for my mother in law through FTD, Bev's fulfilled the order. I selected a bouquet worth 60 dollars that was filled with a large assortment of flowers and colors. I found out that she received a bouquet of 5 roses with some filler flowers and greens. When I called to inquire as to the drastic change in the bouquet they stated that they "filled the bouquet to the value of $50" and stated that they charge a $9.95 delivery charge out of the cost of the bouquet. This was on top of the $22 delivery fee I paid to FTD. I do not believe they provided a bouquet that was anywhere near a $50 value. Their only solution they could offer was to have my mother in law bring in the bouquet and they would "see what they could do". I cannot ask my busy family member to take time out of her schedule when I intended for them to have a nice surprise on their special day. I would not recommend this florist or FTD to anyone.

Bev's Floral has beautiful, quality flowers along with a great collection of thoughtful gifts. I would suggest also sending a balloon bouquet and making it a singing telegram if you are hoping to make someone feel extra special. 10 our of 10, would recommend Bev's Floral for all occasions.
