Service was excellent throughout the whole process, including day of. The only thing that got a little messed up was my mom’s corsage - we wanted an orchid but she got something else. It was still unique from everyone else’s so it was fine. Everything else was perfect! I would 100% recommend Belle Fiori!

Emily was amazing to work with. She was able to work within my wedding budget to create the look that we wanted. It was simple, but she didn't once question it or try to get me to add more than what we were looking for. She was also flexible with some last minute changes that we made to our delivery situation. She was there for me right up until I walked down the aisle with my parents, even helping guide and know what to do! I also took advantage of their program where you buy the flowers through them and they prepared them but do your own floral arrangements for my centerpieces. That was a huge help in saving me money on my overall budget.

Emily and the whole Belle Fiori team was amazing to work with. We live in Phoenix, so a lot of communication was done via email and phone, but everything turned out perfectly. Emily is so knowledgeable about flowers, what is in season and out of season, and was a pleasure to work with. I brought a picture of what I liked and she was able to design a similar (more gorgeous bouquet) but utilizing flowers that were in season so I wasn't paying an arm and a leg. Belle Fiore did the flowers for my wedding in late July 2013. My experience was great and I am completely satisfied. I met with Emily, the owner, twice to go over wedding flower details. Our initial consultation was about 4 months out and we met again one month before the wedding too. I had a small wedding and did not use many flowers, just bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and a wreath. Emily did not try to upsell or pressure me into buying extra flowers I did not need. I also used their ribbon backdrop for the wedding ceremony, which was very pretty with the floral wreath hanging from it. Overall I had a great experience with Belle Fiore and would recommend them to any bride.

My husband and I had such an amazing time working with Emily at Belle Fiori. My parents met her at a bridal show and instantly recommended her because of her cheerful personality. We were planning the wedding from out of town, but Emily was incredibly accommodating. We met with her once to go over ideas and she immediately made suggestions that I would have never thought of. I was inspired by the Chihuly glass sculpture in the Milwaukee Art Museum and she took that idea and ran with it. My parents met with her to go over final details a few weeks before the wedding and my husband and I even dropped by a few days before the wedding to see our flowers. I was so excited to see how the flowers would turn out and I was so pleased. They were even better than I could have imagined. The large arrangements were absolutely breathtaking and filled the vast, white space of the Milwaukee Art Museum beautifully. The bouquets were gorgeous and the distribution of colors and flowers were incredible. My husband loved his boutonniere. I had no doubt that the flowers would be incredible, but they far exceeded my expectations. The best part about working with Emily and Belle Fiori is how much she cared about our day. She was there to help the guys put their boutonnieres on and make sure the arrangements made it to the right places and she was very flexible when we had things change at the last minute. I highly recommend Belle Fiori and Emily. They are the best and we couldn't be happier!

I absolutely loved the flowers for my wedding! I only did bouquets and corsages (no decorations or boutonnieres), but I showed them photos of what I was hoping for at my consultation and they far exceeded those expectations. My wedding was in August and I had wanted peonies. They were honest with me that those were spring flowers but did well in supplying me with a great alternative. As a wedding industry professional, I see a LOT of flowers, and I have worked with Belle Fiori for years, seeing their amazing creations for our clients. I got married last weekend and hiring Belle Fiori was a no-brainer. Emily listened to my requests, got excited with me about my ideas, and made me feel totally comfortable. Excellent service all around. On the wedding day, the flowers were exactly what I wanted plus so much more. They took my vision and expanded upon it with their unmatched skill and creativity. When Emily met me at the hotel to drop off my bouquet, I cried both because the flowers were so beautiful beyond expectation, and also because she made me feel like a bride. I'm still salvaging leftover bits of the arrangements to I can live with the beautiful blooms for as long as possible! They were also quite affordable. Since they have a retail store they don't have to charge customers for minimum orders on flowers that will go to waste if they aren't used in the wedding arrangements. Very smart and practical! I was pestering her because I was unable to track my order and I had only a limited window of time to get these flowers delivered. She had not been too reassuring and had some attitude when I was only expressing the importance of the timely delivery. When you pay $100 plus for FLOWERS and some chocolates I deserve that!!! Emily and the team at Belle Fiori did a wondering job for our wedding at the Urban Ecology Center. I had asked for our flowers to be "simple and soft" but didn't want to appear to be a "wild flower" theme. They were able to provide us with exactly what we wanted after only one consultation/discussion. They also made us some beautiful hanging garland for our wedding ceremony. The services they provided were great, definitely paid for them, but every penny was well spent as our flowers were our only decorations.

The mix of floral and the tones they used are beautiful. Although I do not know the value as compared to what was received I will say that they are impressive, full and great quality. I ordered a premium arrangement of flowers for my daughter today. They sent a smaller version of what I ordered. This happens just about every single time I order flowers. I now ask the person to send me a picture so I can make sure they received what I ordered. Unfortunately once again the florist tried to rip me off assuming I wouldn't know what was being sent. She started to argue that she received the premium bouquet until I said I had a picture of what my daughter received. She then tried to blame technology stating that the website displayed the pricing incorrectly. The website was very clear, 3 different sizes three different prices. I ordered the large arrangement and clearly received a tiny version of what I ordered. They offered to refund the difference between the premium and deluxe bouquet or drop off some extra flowers for my daughter to stick in the vase. I think dropping off extra flowers defeats having a professional arrangement from a florist. I accepted the refund difference however I would rather have had my daughter receive the beautiful flowers I thought I was sending.

Emily is extremely hands-on, and we had two in-person meetings which I thought were so useful in capturing our vision for the wedding day. Emily took our vision to life. We had Belle Fiori as the florist for our wedding, and the flowers were gorgeous! Emily was great at walking me through what I needed, making suggestions, but never trying to sell me extra things that I didn't really want. I remember that she nicely inquired further after I told her we were making our own centerpieces for the reception, because she has heard of people who want to DYI things but don't really know how much work it takes to make it look nice. She wasn't pushy about trying to sell me centerpieces, she just cares about people and wanted to make sure I wasn't getting myself into something that wouldn't work out for me. Emily was also great at picking up on what I liked and didn't like based on the pictures I showed her and what I tried to describe. She also showed that she is very knowledgeable about the many different types of flowers they use too. Belle Fiori also beautifully incorporated important family keepsakes in the arrangements. I brought in a flower that was from my grandmother's wedding to add to my bouquet, and they used beaded flowers from my mother's veil in my bouquet too. I stop by occasionally for their 50% off on Fridays and have never received a bouquet I didn't like. So I decided to use them for my wedding flowers. Emily was super helpful in helping me first figure out where I needed flowers and what different options I had. She gave me a detailed estimate of how much my flowers would be and allowed me to think about what I wanted to do before she followed up with me. I ended up just using them for my bouquet and my groom's boutonniere because I had family and friends helping me with the other floral arrangements. They did an awesome job! I asked for a heat resistant bouquet and they delivered! my flowers looked beautiful at the end of the night. They also did a wonderful job of mixing different colors and textures. Emily and the entire Belle Fiori team were beyond amazing! We heard about them through a wedding event in Milwaukee and were drawn to their natural and organic floral designs. Our wedding was based in Chicago, but we had family in Milwaukee willing to help us out, so we thought we would call and give it a try. Emily was so accommodating - she set up weekend apt for us to come and meet with her, and was very honest about what would transfer well. She worked within our budget and provided several options for substitutions. We had a few inspiration pictures to begin with, but after 30 mins she made our vision come to life. We ended up picking up the flowers in Milwaukee ourselves and transporting them to Chicago - everything was packaged and labeled perfectly and we were extremely happy with everything that was created. We would recommend them in a heartbeat for quality and reliable florals for any budget.
