Hands down Bel Aire Flowers it the best florist in Milwaukee. Kristina and her staff are amazing to work with. Their level of creativity and expertise shows in their work. My wife absolutely loves getting flowers from Bel Aire. I love the giant smile on her face when she comes home from work with a beautiful bouquet.

Kristina was great! She delivered way more than what I had expected. She incorporated all the colors perfectly and also was able to string in my grandmother's pearls in my bouquet! Everyone was amazed at how beautiful the flowers turned out. I would highly recommend Bel Aire flowers for any event.

I ordered a fall mum arrangement for a funeral totaling $65.00. When I arrived at the funeral home and looked for my arrangement, I found two stick orchids with a cheap plastic butterfly. I contacted the florist and they came and switched out the arrangement with a mum. Needless to say, I could have purchased a nicer mum at walmart

Ordered flowers Thursday night, for a friend's birthday the next day. Website says gaurenteed same day delivery before 11am so I figured ordering Thursday night would be no problem. Friday came and I didn't hear anything from her, it being a surprise I didn't ask, nor did I receive any type of delivery attempt/delivery confirmation notice. When I met her for dinner and asked if she received anything or been called, she had not, and she was genuinely upset about it(not something you want on her birthday). I double checked the delivery date and all the delivery information, it was all correct. Emailed them, have yet to receive a response. The flowers came Saturday morning, they were okay, a little underwhelming for spending 76 dollars and still didn't receive a delivery confirmation email. Still looking for a good flower shop in Wisconsin.

I have been incredibly impressed with Bel Aire. The first time I reached out to them I received a call back from the owner. I asked for a memorial daybwreath for our non-profit that was taking part in a ceremony at the Milwaukee Va Medical Complex and the wreath was absolutely breath taking. The owner even have me her cell number in case I needed anything further. The follow-up was some of the best customer service I've ever had. We recently partnered with Bel Aire for a bi-weekly recurring delivery. Again, the owner personally reached out to me and worked to determine the needs we had. I am nothing less than thrilled with this organization and highly recommend them. I not only use them for our non-profit that supports the families of our counties veterans but I use them personally as well. They offer superior work within a great price point. If you have any floral needs, please call them-you will not be disappointed.

We had the best experience with Bel Aire Flowers in West Allis for our wedding! From meeting with Kristina for design options to the delivery the day of the wedding to the absolutely beautiful jaw dropping job they did!!! I had to change the drop off location a few days before delivery & they were able to accommodate with no problems. My bridal bouquet turned out phenomenal, it was the most beautiful gathering of flowers I have ever seen. My bridesmaids & junior bridesmaids bouquets were also amazing as well as the wrist corsages & bouttonnieres! I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out & I am so grateful I chose them.

Let me just say, when you lose your 23 yr old son, and are hit with what seems to be hundreds of decisions during a time of pain and grief. One of those many decisions is flowers for a casket. Luckily for me and my family Christina heard of our loss thru her hairstylist and mutual friend and offered to take care of the pertinent floral arrangements. We were overwhelmed at the time and grateful she offered her services, knowing my son he would have wanted something cool and unique,something for a young man with a little swag. How do you do that with foo foo flowers? Well she did it. With grays and purples mixed with some metal accents I guess you would say. They were perfect,and went well with his casket. Thank you for not just taking that financial burden off of us, but doing it above and beyond our expectations for something you weren't being compensated for. Stopped in while going to visit my aunt in the nursing home. It was her birthday so decided at the last minute to get her flowers. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. They put together a really sweet tulip and daffodil vase, added a butterfly and bow on the vase. They packaged it for easy travel in my car. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Very reasonable price too! Auntie loved them also. It's worth the stop.

Not that I recommend anyone else doing this to them, but I had phoned in a last-minute request for a corsage and boutonnière to be made, and there was no hemming or hawing on the other end. This post is extremely past due. I was in a jam, my best friends daughter passed away unexpectantly and she didn’t order flowers due to being short on funds. The day of the funeral she called crying cause she could not have her daughter not have flowers. Like most friends you convince her there will be flowers .....I went to Sams and purchased flowers to arrange when I got home just needed baby’s breath and ferns so I stopped in. I called mid-morning to request a small but innovative arrangement be delivered to my daughter's workplace. Kristina put together a truly stunning arrangement and even managed to deliver it before lunch. My daughter wasn't expecting flowers and she said she was stunned when the envious receptionist brought them to her. She said it was TOO nice! This was an impromptu stop to grab a couple roses for my girlfriend, and Bo was I glad I did. I asked for a couple roses figuring I would just get roses and move on my way. Instead, the woman working made a mini bouquet and had made a little assortment so that the two roses weren't plain.
