The only thing better than the beautiful flowers was the amazing customer service. I was hosting an important event at my house recently and ordered flowers for multiple centerpieces, which I arranged on the night before the event. The next morning I woke up to 2 droopy hydrangea blooms and I was so bummed! I called the shop and told them about it. Within the hour a delivery person arrived at my door with an entire armful of new hydrangeas! Far more than I even bought originally.. I have never experienced that level of customer service anywhere! Highly recommend

I love this place! They are kind of expensive, as are all full-service floral shops, but they do a FANTASTIC job! I just ordered a floral bouquet for my DIL'S birthday and it was delivered on time and looked absolutely beautiful! You couldn't ask for more from a floral shop :=!

Very impressed by the customer service. I ordered 2 girls wrist corages but they were very small. I was very disappointed by them. However, after speaking with them, and expressing how disappointed I was in how they cut off the circulation of my daughters' wrists, they were very accommodating and helpful, so that I was very impressed and could see myself able to come back in the future.

Excellent flowershop. Whether you're the type that only gets flowers for special occasions or if you regularly keep fresh flowers in the home, the team here is awesome. When we first bought our house down the street CC picked some flowers for us to toast over. Ever since then she's helped by randomly putting together bouquets for us (because everything is better with fresh flowers). Here's what she put together for my wife for Valentine's Day, 6 roses for our 6 years together.

Outstanding customer service! I placed an order for a mixed flower bouquet, and I was originally supposed to pick it up on Valentine's Day for an occasion on Wednesday, 2/15/2017. However, plans changed and the occasion got moved to Friday, 2/17/2017. I called them just to see if they could keep my bouquet there in the fridge until Thursday, and they told me that they were going to make an entire new bouquet because they wanted my flowers to be fresh. I thought this was so generous and going above & beyond, especially considering it was probably their busiest week of the year! Will definitely be going back for all of my flower needs. The arragement also was so beautiful and unique! And I love that they have a "store cat" that they adopted from a shelter!

Bank of Memories is the absolute hands down best floral shop in the world. They are so good, I believe they do not have an equal. Almost weekly for several months I sent flowers to a very special person in my life, and sometimes twice a week even, and it was hard to believe that they could out do themselves time and time again. I always let them create an arrangement using their best judgement based on a few simple questions they asked me about the recipients taste. They did an incredible job each and every time. I can't say enough good about the staff at Bank of Memories. if you ever need flowers, please call them, you will not be disappointed.

Best floral designers around. So creative! The wrist corsages they made for the girls that my three boys took to their High School dances were stunning. Many of the other moms with boys started going there once my secret was out. But I didn't mind because each corsage was so unique and beautiful.
