I ordered flowers for a funeral the day before Valentine's Day. They assured me they could make an arrangement specifically for a funeral. Got to the store and they came out with red flowers in a white basket, a white, bow and a pink butterfly decoration. I left and realized I couldn't possibly bring these in. If I wanted Valentine's Day flowers, I couldve gone to any convenience store. So I didn't bring them in, because of sheer embarrassment. I tried to return them and the owner of the shop defended the arrangement and did not give me any kind of refund, discount, or even an apology. Instead, she shamed me for leaving them in the car while I was attending the funeral and insisted there was no way she could I use them. I am still in shock that this is what customer service looks like here.

I spent $20 to buy some games ticket and won $100 bouquet when i visit the shop there so i decided to use that money for my wedding bouquet. There was a lady with lot of makeup, jeweries, blond hair maybe. She showed me pictures so i could pick out what i want. she told me in August they don't have peony available . She can chage to garden roses with almost same color, but i have to pay extra $100 I told her okay , just change peony to garden rose. Total cost $345.89 And i paid $245.88 cause i won $100 i didnt see her notes but the price made base on the picture that i picked out . And the design of my bonquet. However , when i came to pick up my bouquet i was shocking.... 9 garden roses 2 spray roses Maybe 2 or 3 hydrengea Look so cheap and ugly I can do better than that because i made bouquet for my bridemaids with all light pink garden roses and stock pink. I thought if i order at this shop they could do better than unprofessional like me. I was really disapointed , upset, mad and sad That lady ruined my wedding because of her careless and disrespectful. She was just so dang low tried to showing off and didnt even write down what i wanted but took my money. Probly because im asian or whatever Idk what she had learn or what experiences she had but from what i seen,she should go back to school and learn how to treat people better specially her customers! I will never come back and i will tell everybody who i know not gonna go there ever ( i already did on my wedding) No more typing!

I called and placed an order over the phone. I explained recipient loves daisies. The sales clerk suggested a type of daisy to be added to bouquet. I told her I was not sure what kind of flower it was. Explained I wanted a nice medium sized bouquet which she told me was going to run $40 before delivery. The bouquet was only 6 flowers. I emailed my dissatisfaction, they offered to send regular daisies to recipient but I did not want to have to explain that to recipient. They then explained to me the flower was not an inexpensive one. Had the sales clerk explained that to me I would of asked for something else that would of made a better bouquet. Its pretty sad I can get a better looking bouquet from 1800 flowers instead of buying local. I felt the bouquet looked cheap.

I am SO glad she did! I ordered last minute online. I found a very affordable arrangement. I put in all the details and that was it. I later learned it was much appreciated. Got my wedding flowers done here and they were just okay. The lady I placed my order with either didn’t understand what I wanted or chose to do something different but when confirming my order weeks before the wedding I realized that it was not what I requested. We were able to make some last minute changes but overall they still didn’t turn out how I wanted them to. Pricing seemed pretty high but I couldn’t tell you why because they never gave us a detailed invoice even though we requested one many times.

I ordered my wedding flowers from Alfa. The groom and groomsmens boutonnieres were falling apart within half an hour of putting them on, the rose petals for the flower girl to throw were wilted and mostly black and the corsage for the flower girl had the wrong color roses. So we didn't wind up letting her wear it because it didn't match the ring bearers or ushers.
