I am so impressed with this floral shop. I arranged to have flowers sent to my grandma's home in Necedah on her 81st birthday, and the arrangement was so beautiful that it made her cry! Happy tears, of course! And due to the excellent customer service and quick turnaround, I plan to use this florist for many birthdays to come!

I called Kim's Floral to ask what time they close today, I would be in Mauston about a half hour later. Kim gave me her cell number for me to call when I was in Mauston, She made special arrangement to meet me the Flowers that I purchased. Thanks for great service and very nice looking flowers.

Although I was pleased with the user -friendly website to place an order and the speedy delivery I was upset to see the majority of roses were turning brown. The teacup and saucer weren't the same as on website either. This floral arrangement was intended as a condolence offer and I honestly was embarrassed.
