I have never in my life seen flowers so unfresh, and so skimpy. I will never order from this Florist again. Very disappointed with there service.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT,EXCELLENT. My daughter works at Charles Town Race Track, WV and I wanted to send flowers and a balloon for her Birthday. I went to their site and it was simple. I called the next day and verified they had received it and during that call my daughter put a picture of them up on Facebook. They were Fabulous! I will use them continuously. By the way I live in Washington State and was nervous that they would be of poor quality. They were Beautiful. I don't think I can attach a picture but if I can I will. Thank you Inwood!!!

Very pleased! I am in Maryland, my mom is in West Virginia. I wanted to order something special for her for Mother's Day. I was worried that they might have to substitute the container I chose, however, they had it and my mom sent me a picture of the arrangement. It was absolutely gorgeous! Delivered the next day and early too (in my opinion)! Being out of state, I would recommend this florist for local arrangements/deliveries :-D

I simply called and asked if they were doing deliveries today or tomorrow and I was told they weren't doing any more deliveries until Monday! I said thank you and they hung up the phone! A I'm sorry or even a you're welcome would have been great! I would never call to order from them or recommend using them!

Just the most absolute beautiful arrangement! The customer service was just so great, from having to call from out of state, getting such beautiful flowers sent for a very, very special person and such sad occasion really made me feel so at ease with this order. They were so beautiful that they were sent to the Bunker Hill Nursing home so that the residents there could enjoy as well. Janita would have been so happy that "her" special flowers were enjoyed by so many. Thank you Inwood Florist & Gift for taking such great care of me and my family.

I have used Proflower and other nationwide flower services before to send flowers. They always end up broken of damaged and items missing or other issues. Even had them send replacements that were still damaged. So I called this shop last minute to send my Mother birthday flowers. Lady on the phone was very helpful and nice. They delivered them within 2 hours and they were beautiful and my Mother loved them. My Mother in law also lives in the area so needless to say I will be using them quite often. They are great.

I contacted this florist because it was close to where my significant other lived and had the best rating for any places that were close by. When I asked if they were making any deliveries for the following day (which was a Saturday) they said that it would only be in the immediate area. My significant other lives approximately 15-20 min away from the location of this shop. When I told them that it would be to right outside of Charles Town, WV they said, "Yea no, we can't do that tomorrow." My mother has worked in floral shops for much of my life and NEVER have they told someone that a delivery that was 15-20 min away from the shop was something that they could not do. NEVER. The woman then hung up the phone in a condescending manner. Highly unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
