I recently ordered a funeral arrangement from Garrison's and was very pleased with the flowers and the service. Jimmy spent quite a bit of time with me. He asked questions about what I wanted, brought several options from the for me to see, and offered suggestions. The day after, he called to see if I was happy with the arrangement - a level of service rarely offered. Thank you for making a difficult day a little easier.

The arrangement I ordered was all lavender. I paid extra money to have a Happy Birthday balloon sent also. The arrangement that was sent was white w/ some lavender, and they forgot to send the balloon. I called them three times that day to check on things, and thank God I did. They had to make a second trip to take the balloons because they forgot the first time. They did put in extra balloons for the mistake. I live out of town, and this was for my Mom's birthday. I don't want to pay $50 and still have to check up behind them. I usually use Archer's Flowers, but I went with them because their prices were a little lower. I don't think I would use them again. If they didn't have the flowers that they were advertising, then they should've called and asked me what I wanted, instead of just replacing with what they wanted to replace it with.

I ordered an arrangement from Garrison Designs' website for the funeral of a dear family friend held across the river in Proctorville. Even though I wasn't able to attend and didn't see the flowers in person, multiple people went out of their way to tell me how absolutely gorgeous they were. Her granddaughter actually contacted me to gush over them in the midst of funeral preparations and they thanked me a second time with a sweet handwritten card in the mail. I know their family loves classy floral arrangements, so I was happy to hear how nice they turned out and how touched everyone was to receive them. My mother joined their family for Thanksgiving and she mentioned that they were so pretty they repurposed them as a centerpiece for their holiday table. I've learned over the years that sending flowers from an unfamiliar florist when you can't be there to pick them out in person can be pretty hit or miss, but I'd say you can definitely trust these folks to do a bang up job and not just phone it in.

Terrible quality! . Way over priced for what you get. It says satisfaction guaranteed and this is not the case. They would not honor their satisfaction policy! We pleasantly tried to resolve the issue with no luck. The owner totally lost it and hung up on us. This is a honest review.
