i'm thinking about switching to a different florist next time.pink carnations im the vintage truck arrangement did not look at all like "I ordered they offered to replace it but that is so tacky they gave me $15 off but I'm still not happy my brother is so important to me and I wanted him to have a more beautiful arrangement I love the one that had the two red roses

I ordered flowers a week in advance of Valentines Day...... and they were never delivered.....when calling to ask about it they said they ran out of flowers..... I asked if people that waited until last minute got their flowers delivered, the response was"Some of them didn't..." I grew up in Marietta, but live 900 miles away, but had a serious relationship with a girl still living there.....strained as hard as it is for a long distance relationship, not receiving flowers from me on Valentines Day was very disheartening.....she literally thought I had forgotten. Dudley's said they'd deliver flowers on the 15th and 16th...... I told them to refund my money.....sort of like getting Super Bowl tickets on Monday after the game. I have to put 1 star because there is no option for less than 1!!

Dudley's floral artist's are excellent, and when ordering any beautiful floral arrangements to fit whatever the occasion, either for local deliveries or for out of town deliveries, the staff are always friendly and very accommodating, even when it may be a last minute purchase or delivery. Dudley's Florist always go above and beyond for their customers; it's truly a hometown treasure.

I called Dudley's from several states away requesting a custom live plant funeral arrangement. It was the middle of winter and since we were not able to travel, I hoped that the flowers might help comfort and relay our love and support. Showing the best in customer support, Dudley's gratiously texted me a photo of their completed work. The completed lush basket garden exceded my expectations, being an array of beautiful fresh greenery with touches of color and variegated live plants interspersed with white blossoms and butterflies. The florists are indeed gifted artists and, they went the extra mile to assure the timing for the wake and the funeral. The gorgeous white garden in a basket will hopefully give comfort and peace to our love ones for weeks to come. Thank you SO much Dudley's.

Horrible my fiancee spent a ton there yesterday for delivery today and he asked if I received my flowers .I told him know he spent over 200 and didn't receive anything. His bank was charged. It's Valentine's day so I'm very upset .will not use them ever again

I've been a Dudleys customer for years. However, for Valentine's Day 2018, I was extremely disappointed. I selected THREE distinctly different mixed pastel arrangements online. Some with tulips, some with lilies, some with roses in different vases with different colors. They received identical arrangements, the main focal flowers were completely deleted, using only small pink and white carnations and mums in the same same vase. I learned afterwards Dudleys had went through a recent sale with new owners. Being in business for 35 years myself, this business is on a fast mission for self destruction. I can never recommend Dudleys again.

I live out of state and looked online for a Florist in Parkersburg; found Dudley's. I ordered the "Sweet Remembrance Spray" for my mother-in-law's funeral. It was absolutely beautiful! Had all her favorite colors and more beautiful in person. Thank you Dudley's!

WOW, that's all I can say. These guys delivered Amazing customer service and quality flowers in a short amount of time. They really helped when I was in a pinch and my wife just loved the flowers. I will definitely be going to Dudleys Florist for all my future floral needs!!!!
