I have ordered and received flowers from here. All experiences were wonderful and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The flowers I ordered were exactly what I wanted for a themed bridal shower. I was able to safely transport them 2.5 hours couple days before the event and they still looked wonderful.

I live about 150 miles from Morgantown and wanted to send my daughter flowers for Nurses week. I didn’t know what florist to call and took a chance with Beverly Hills Florist...the flowers were beautiful!!! The lady I ordered from was very helpful and extremely nice. Will definitely order from them again!

Had an awesome experience using this great florist today! I called in as I wanted to speak to someone about the floral arrangement I was envisioning. They worked with me to come up with the perfect arrangement for a very sad but special occasion. Wonderful customer service, so super friendly and just an absolute pleasure to work with. She texted me a photo of the arrangement before delivery and I was floored...SO BEAUTIFUL, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you so so much Beverly Hills Florist - you made a sad day so much brighter for our family.

DO NOT ORDER from here --- I ordered from 1-800-FLOWERs for a Fri delivery. They came and did not look anything like the advertised product. Called 1-800 and was told redelivery for Sat. Sat no delivery at all. Called 1-800 and had to get a full refund because the florist refused to remake the product as advertised. The picture of the arrangement is disgusting and I so wish I could post it. This florist is terrible and had I known this is who 1-800 used I would have refused to order!!! I send flowers frequently and will not use this florist or 1-800 EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Just Terrible! As far as compassion and customer service, NEGATIVE STARS!!! A family member asked for a memorial arrangement to be placed on a Grave Marker the rude person stated "you know its raining outside " I normally don't post negative reviews but, people ahould be aware of what a horrible experience we had! Horrible!

If people call 1-800-Flowers, who do you think they call? Beverly Hills Florist gets a lot of orders from them. It is better to call the shop yourself instead of 1-800-Flowers.

We ordered flowers directly off their website and when they arrived they looked NOTHING like the photo so we called and spoke with a lady about getting our money back. My husband was very nice and described that they were in the wrong vase, wrong flowers and was completely different from the photo (and poorly arranged). She never apologized for the mistake and asked us to bring the flowers back which was fine but when we got there she was nasty, telling us never to order from them again and she really let my husband have it. Very very poor customer service and the quality of their flowers are terrible. Arrived with missing petals and broken stems. We paid $60 and got maybe $20 worth of flowers. We will never order from them again and I recommend no one else does either!
