I have to say, they were absolutely wonderful to deal with. The person who I talked to on the phone was insanely nice and knowledge. The flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful. I always enjoy the flowers my boyfriend sends me from Bella Fiore. Most of the florists in Morgantown use more filler branches and leaves than flowers, but Bella does not. They use many fresh flowers and the arrangements are beautiful!

Ordered tulips to be delivered to my fiancé on Valentines Day. Not only did they not come on the day they were suppose to be delivered but also got the wrong flowers once they were delivered and was not refunded after being told I would be. Will NEVER buy from this company again.

My daughters best friend in TX had Bella Fiore send her her very first flower arrangement of a dozen pink & white roses to her. He paid about $90 and asked for the best. Within two days the roses (with an exception of a few) were flopped over turning brown and dying only a few opened. The few that opened were beautiful. My daughters friend reached out to the owner for replacement several times copying me in the last text. He initially said he would replace them but now won't respond to do so and it has been about two weeks or more since purchase. Judging by the reviews this is not common for this florist. Very disappointing for her first flower delivery at 19.

Jason went absolutely above and beyond for me to deliver a surprise bouquet of roses to my girlfriend for her birthday. I was so worried I wasn't going to find anybody to do it as her birthday was on a Sunday and i'm in another country at the moment and most shops are closed. Jason personally made sure everything was spot on and even delivered them to her door for me!! I'm a first time customer and completely blown away at the customer service from Bella Fiore.
