Called this place; looking for peonies for my friend's wedding and a florist was acting like a smart a** telling me to call South America, maybe they would have it. Such bad attitude, how could they bring love and happiness with their flowers?

I received my Valentine's Day flowers today (on V Day) at......9:10pm, despite the fact that they were ordered yesterday before 5pm. The person who ordered them called several times between 6 and the delivery time to find out where they were, was told it was going to be a few minutes, and then we waited another hour. The flowers I received look like they have been dug up out of a left over bin, both wilting and missing several components. The balloon that was ordered did not show up at all. The card in the flowers was written out by a hurried hand, messy and hardly readable. The vase was unbelievably tacky and cheap looking. A $70+ order looked like it was gotten from a dying garden at grandma's house. On top of it, the delivery person said he wasn't given a balloon but he would go to the truck and get one. Needlessly said, he never came back. When we called to complain, we were told that they can come and pick up the flowers for a full refund (at 10pm on Valentine's Day, really??) or we could settle for 1/2 off. After several minutes of defensive excuses, we were told that they the flowers provided were "substitutions". While the receipt does says substitutions could occur if the flowers are not available, they are supposed to be of equal value. "Equal value" did not happen either. All in all, horrible experience that made me want to cry. Will never order from again.

This is a great florist! They're seemingly always open, and the staff are all so friendly and helpful - I've gotten so many lovely custom and pre-made bouquets here. They always give helpful advice for making the arrangements last longer, and have given me some advice for my houseplants as well!

The flower lady's service is beyond appreciation; I'm so extremely happy with the service they provided, and thoroughly grateful! Not knowing Bellevue and Seattle are quite far away in distance, I placed an order to be delivered in Bellevue. I was also unaware of the fact that such orders need to be placed a day before the delivery date. Nevertheless, upon my request that the flowers had to be delivered the same day, they went out of their way to make it happen. I had placed the order from Los Angeles and their team was so supportive and understanding anytime I called them to check the status of the flowers. Also, the flowers were gorgeous and its price was just right! P.S: The beautiful flowers reached my close friend in time, surprised her and made her extremely happy on her bday! THANK YOU SO MUCH! =)

I ordered flowers for my finance for Valentines Day (1 day early) since it was supposed to be a surprise for her and she doesn't work Saturday. I figured since they are open 8 to 10 am each day they will arrive around 12pm or 1 pm since they are literally across the street from where she works. Instead I had to call them three times to get them delivered and they forgot the chocolates, which she had to walk over there to pick them up as I'm pretty upset about this. They claimed my order came in around 2 pm today (2/13/15) when I ordered them 2-2-15 @ 11 am. I even got a confirmation call on the 2nd at 11 am making sure what I wanted on the card was accurate. I am very surprised by this level of service and equate it to a more Midwest style that I had experienced when I lived in SD(South Dakota) rather than Seattle. I won't be doing business with them again.

Sent my friend a last minute birthday floral arrangement. I booked it around 10am by 11:30am I had already received an email notification that flowers had been delivered via uber rush. I ordered on my phone and it took no more than 10 minutes to order and pay. Would definitely order from them again.

Birthday flowers arrived at 4:55pm? So 5min before I leave work? And how stingy can you be with the roses?! 90% Carnations and cheap Daises only 3 Roses! Definitely not worth the $35! So sad people put their best wishes in the hands of a 3rd party who does such a crummy job..

Extremely over priced. Even for Valentine's Day eve. I guess I spent triple the price for the convenience. My advice, go to a grocery store. I'm looking at the exact arrangement for $23 at Safeway.

It is with a heavy heart that I am giving a 2-star review to The Flower Lady. I have had flower delivered (as a gift) to my home by The Flower Lady and they were GORGEOUS - a fantastically arranged bouquet that lasted about 10 days. However, I have gone in twice in the last month to purchase flowers at the store. Both times I left without buying anything because the service was so poor.

I used to really like using Seattle Flower Lady. The new mobile.eflorist site makes it ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to simply place an order. This is the worst attempted checkout experience I've had in years. I finally gave up and used a different (my new goto) florist. No issues.
