It is staggering to know there are fit make master like Seattle Flowers. I expected to purchase a social gathering of roses for my mom's birthday. That is the reason I was withdrawing for a renowned than standard wind up capable than pass on those to my mother.Good thing I discovered Seattle Flowers. The methodology is dazzling. The structure was vivacious. Not using all structures 60 minutes, I had beginning at now book a vehicle to my mother's zone through telephone. The correct hand was hating and decision. The vehicle was in like workshop on time so isn't incredibly bothering. The staffs were in like way kind. Absolutely, even the vehicle individual was attempting and amazing said by my mother. It really is jumbling. I unfathomably welcome that. In times when I'm a long way from my mother, I genuinely need to make her vibe she is beginning in the no so far away past regarded. Staggering occupation Seattle Flowers. Would outright respect to oversee grows from you once again.

I have used Seattle Flowers twice while my sister-in-law has had to have reoccurring surgeries, and both times the arrangements have been gorgeous and the customer service out of this world!!! The most current delivery was delayed (due to hospital error) and out of panic I reached out to the company through a Facebook message for help. The next day I received a personal call letting me know that THEY went by the hospital to make sure the flowers had made it to her room! I do not live in Seattle and the way this company has taken care of me speaks volumes! I cannot recommend Seattle Flowers enough!!!

Seattle Flowers saved the day! We found out that a friend had had a stroke and was at Swedish. I called with an order after their delivery on Thursday, so it went out first thing Friday. When the delivery guy tried to deliver at Swedish, he found out she'd just been moved. He called me immediately. I found out she'd been moved to a VA Rehab facility, told him that much, but no further info. By the time I'd researched it and called the facility for room # etc, their receptionist told me he'd just delivered the flowers - he tracked her down himself! That's service! Thank you Seattle Flowers for the lovely flowers and terrific delivery service!

No customer service in store. Order funeral arrangement and was NOTHING I had expected it to be. I HIGHLY would not recommend this flower shop. They didn't notify me of the color flowers that were not available until the day before order was due and to change everything. They stuck flowers just anywhere and it looked TACKY!! UPSET CUSTOMER, NEVER AGAIN USING THIS FLOWER SHOP AND I HOPE YALL DONT EITHER, THEY ARE JUST OUT FOR YOUR MONEY, DONT USE THEM. SEATTLE FLOWERS SUCKS!!

My boyfriend sent flowers to my house last week and they're as beautiful as they were the day I received them. This is the second time he sent me flowers and both times they were GORGEOUS! Last year on valentine's he ordered me roses from "the big guys" and they came in a box and while they were OK I just found it to be sort of tacky that I had to arrange the flowers myself. These come in a nice vase and they're ready to be enjoyed. Thank you for the wonderful flowers Seattle Flowers!

I had impeccable service! I purchased a a rose that was clipped of its stem and was sitting on a cute little ceramic dish -- only $5. It was a steal and as the gentleman that helped me was about to pack my purchase into a lovey little gift box the designer came running out with a fresh rose that she had sculpted and misted water on leaving it looking fresh and artistic. They have tons of options from fresh flowers to succulents and even other antique looking items.

Yumi designed the flowers for our wedding. I gave her some general ideas of what I was interested in and she took charge. She made some suggestions and then came to a concrete list of what would be included in each arrangement. We loved the arrangements she made for us. It wasn't a totally smooth experience, however. Communicating with Yumi was easy and clear, but communicating with Bill was confusing and frustrating. At delivery time, they forgot one of the boutonnieres. They got us another about a half hour later that was close enough to matching the rest of them.

EXCEPTIONAL service! I ordered flowers to my boyfriend's work for his birthday, then found out he was leaving early for the day. I called and they were able to accommodate the earlier drop off. Just called Seattle Flowers and ordered a wonderful White Phalaenopsis Orchid Plant for a business grand opening gift. I had tried to place the order earlier in the day with 800Flowers, but they would not hand write a card for the order. They have no greeting cards and all they can do is a small typed enclosure card, nothing special. The gal at Seattle Flowers just laughed when I told her about my experience with 800Flowers. She said they carried a line of beautiful greeting cards, and could certainly had write my message on the card. Lesson learned...always call the local florist...they will come through with the special details.

I ordered a floral arrangement that I saw on the website. The arrangement that was sent was not nearly as nice as the picture. I upgraded to the deluxe version and spent $90 on the flowers. In addition, they substituted a black vase for the glass vase, which made the arrangement look even worse. My complaints were not addressed by the company. I would never use them again.

My dad was in the hospital and I wanted to get flowers to him that day. After calling a different flower shop on line that advertises same day delivery to find they couldn't deliver the same day (it was only 10:30am), I called Seattle Flowers. Bill was so wonderful, and assured me his driver would be back and could then deliver flowers to my dad - 3 days before Christmas! I received my yearly birthday bouquet yesterday morning from my partner, Doug. As usual the flowers and arrangement were spectacular! After checking out all the unusual flowers in the bouquet I noticed that a couple of the orchid sprays were a bit wilted and looked like they wouldn't last but a couple of days. I mentioned this to Doug and he called the florist to let them know. I would have been fine keeping the bouquet - I could overlook the limp orchids. Not 10 minutes later I received a call from the owner, Bill Sheehan, personally apologizing for substandard orchids. He explained the orchids should last quit a while, but insisted on having a new bouquet delivered right away. A couple of hours later an equally spectacular bouquet was delivered. This is how to do business. This is why we use Seattle Flowers and would/will recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you, Bill!

Ordered their #1 Favorite - an email was received promptly, a bouquet was delivered, on time, as requested . However the website showed a lovely soft pastel bouquet - what the recipient got was a bright red, green, purple, yellow... I was disappointed as I had carefully chosen the "Artfully Yours". If you want to make sure you are getting what you see, you better talk to the Floral Designer first!

They got fresh flowers for ya! Then there's a magical shiny motorcycle sitting in the middle of the flower shop. When you enter the shop to you left is lovely cards and envelopes. Far down the shop near the counter are refrigerators keeping the florals fresh. The ladies in the shop were lovely and by the time you look around the shop. Theyve got your flowers ready . 5/5 stars would come again for the quick grab and go of a flowers.

Overpriced and they snooker you. Went in for a bunch of flowers to create arrangements for an event and they sold me old flowers at full price; they wilted less than 24 hours later. The bouquet my sister received didn't line up with what I ordered online. I was disappointed with the colors and the response I received when I inquired about it. I understand adjustments are required based on what's available, but it seems like the bouquet I ordered shouldn't have been offered online at all based on what they had in stock.

Spoke with one of their employees for a substantial order of flowers during admin week. She emailed me confirming their receipt of the order and intent to help out. Bill, the owner, then got involved via email. He was rude and unprofessional in tone and service. Needless to say, we won’t be using them and neither should you. Seattle has many exceptional florists who will have a smile on their face and will be happy to help.

First time customer and definitely won't be the last...They took my order first thing in the morning and had the arrangement to the Love of my life before lunch! The picture on the website was almost identical to what they delivered, which meant more to me than anything else!
