Excellent ordering experience! I live out of the country and it was a nice surprise not to have complications due to this. There were great options to choose from on the website, though the bouquet that was delivered was not quite the same as what was pictured. Understandable, but a little disappointing. The flowers were delivered right away and this was overall an excellent experience. I will definitely be choosing this company for future orders.

The arrangements are always beautiful! Owner and staff are friendly and professional. My employer has been doing business with them for over two years and it is stunning work. They even braved the snow and ice to deliver flowers and even though it took 2.5 hours to get here they were beautiful and on time. I would give more stars if I could. I highly recommend Neilsen Florist!

Just stopped by to pick up flowers for Easter, and the owner is so nice! She walked me around and offered me a couple bunches of tulips for a great price. We got to chatting, and she discovered I had just moved to West Seattle, and she gave me an orchid, for free, as a housewarming gift! Such a wonderful surprise! I’ll definitely be back.

The owner Leisa is great!! Fresh, beautiful flowers were available for me to look at. She was able to help me out last minute with a gorgeous arrangement! I even had an emergency floral arrangement that needed to be done next day early. I called after hours and she got back to me within the hour and was able to get the flowers delivered in time for the service!

I got a delivery yesterday, the day before Valentine's, and the bouquet is torn up. The lilies and roses are bruised, and a carnation is broken. I have it in the far corner of the room, because I appreciate the sentiment, but really poor quality.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Leisa who came through for us very last minute after we got scammed from an online florist. We live in North Carolina and my husbands mother lives in Seattle. Today is her birthday and we were devastated when we realized the mistake we made. We called, left a message & she called back in less than 30 minutes! We scheduled to have flowers delivered for Saturday morning since she was closing. 2 hrs after our order she sent us a text to let us know that she delivered our flowers! She told us that "mom's are very special & deserve flowers on their day, not the day after" my husband & I teared up and could not believe the above and beyond customer service this wonderful women did for us! A huge THANK YOU is just not enough!

My brother sent flowers to my work today. But since I work at a hospital, their policy is that nothing can be delivered without verbal consent and I couldn't be reached because I was with a patient. First the driver waited for almost an hour in case I could be reached. And then came all the way back to the hospital a few minutes after I finally made it to the front desk. The florist who called me apologized for not delivering the flowers the first time and was entirely lovely and sweet. Wonderful, caring people, from a wonderful Florist shop. Oh and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!

Came from Seattle and serve at a local church in cerritos. I'm always looking for businesses to connect with and I found this local gem through Google!! The Korean owner was so nice and gave me great deals on multiple graduation bouquets I needed. I will definitely continue to go here. The store is very clean and professional. You need to visit this floral shop if you're in the area and in need of flowers. I posted some pics of the bouquets. Fresh and wrapped with love :)

My son offered me gorgeous bouquet for my birthday 12 days ago the bouquet is still beautiful . The little roses have dried up but kept their colors and are very pretty among the carnation sunflowers , daisies and orchid . It is one of the prettiest bouquet I have ever received . I am enjoying it so much ! This florist is very talented !

Neilsen Florist 309 S Cloverdale St Ste C7 Seattle, WA 98108 Thank you for your recent service. I am in Santa Barbara, CA and my sister was in the VA hospital on Columbia Ave. in Seattle. I tried to find a local florist to provide flowers etc... for my sister because I thought they would do a better job - I was right! I can't believe they lengths Neilsen Florists went to satisfy my order. Due to room transfers it was hard to find my sister in the hospital but they kept trying. Not just on the Saturday delivery they promised but again on Monday. I called Monday to change a second order and provide a different delivery address. Unknown to me the new address was an hour away and they agreed to deliver the Saturday order for the third time, at no additional charge the next Wednesday... That's crazy! I offered to pay additional for the exceptional service and the owner declined. I later found out later that Ms. Neilsen's husband delivered the entire order out of town on his way to work. I'm sending her a really nice thank you card and I will recommend her to everyone I can think of. This is the kind of service you hear about but rarely find! Thank you Neilsen Florist! I've been going to Neilson Florists for many years. Since they were located in West Seattle. Lisa is incredible! I just tell her who and how much and where and it's done. They are so creative. I ask them to do what they want. Always stunning and much appreciated. AAA+++.
