Jennifer called me at my home in Texas to tell me that she didn't have the correct flowers that had been shown in the online picture. She asked what my preferences were for both the fruit and the flowers, and then created a beautiful custom made basket for my Mother. She even took the time to hand deliver it on her way home that day. My sister sent me a picture....it was stunning. Excellant cutomer service! Thank you Jennifer!

I've been here many times now. The flowers look good, they last for quite a while, and my wife enjoys getting them. My only complaint is that the price seems arbitrary from time to time. I understand that pricing spike around Valentine's Day but when I ask for an arrangement worth ~$50 sometimes it's very large and colorful and sometimes it's a bit small (but still colorful).

High marks for Jennifer and staff (Kathryn?). Needed a special bouquet (I was very specific) for my anniversary. Called the day before, and it was Valentine's week, and ordered thinking they wouldn't be able to accommodate in such short notice. Yes, they were very busy and yes they came through. I also needed to take flowers over the mountains to Eastern Washington and they helped insure they would be fresh and beautiful when I arrived....and they were perfect! I have done business only a couple of times with Monroe Floral but I know they would be my 1st choice always. Very courteous, very professional, and very fair priced for their services. There aren't many redeeming aspects to living in Monroe. A relatively broad choice of decent restaurants, and... only one other thing I can think of. Monroe Floral. For close to twenty years I have had the pleasure of doing business with them, and they have never failed me.
