I had an AMAZING experience with this florist. I was in a bind because Costco messed up my flower order for my wedding...3 days before my wedding...of course i was panicking. My friend ended up referring me to Pankaj, who was a godsend because he was willing to compare my floral order with Costco to what he was able to get me. And get this, the flowers that Pankaj ended up getting for me were so fresh and beautiful! We ended get getting better quality with lawrence the florist in the end. He and his team told me how to process my flowers and even let me borrow the buckets to transport my flowers last minute! I will forever be grateful for this team, they really saved my wedding flowers at the very last minute...thank you Pankaj and Lawrence the Florist! Nina M.

Perfect design that's what I can say. I ordered flowers for my mom over phone and these guys did awesome work on that. She is still loving them. Flowers from picture looks big and fresh. Called 3 hrs before I needed my flowers delivered and they made the appointed time and delighted my girlfriend on her birthday! I was out of town and felt helpless to do anything for her, but by the time i was done on the phone with Emily I felt like I was in very capable hands. Very professional and helpful, all around. No heavy-handed up selling or shaming. My experience with Lawrence the Florist was all around as pleasant as it could been.

I came in to order a bouquet for my wife's birthday and got it delivered for a very reasonable price. The shop is Nice and open with plenty of arrangement to view and the florist was happy to make us a custom design based on pricing and general preferences. The result was a beautiful, brilliantly delivered base of gorgeous flowers.

Ordered flowers for our office manager, for delivery in downtown Bellevue; our manager was leaving early that day, so I called in to request a morning delivery. Lawrence the Florist was gracious and understanding, and promised to get the flowers in their morning delivery. The flowers (which are beautiful) arrived promptly, as promised. Very happy with the service!

I have been tried to stay good or supported business owner until today I have to speak up for all to learn. Yesterday was my birthday, I went home from work and expected the gift from my husband. We both were sad, disappointed and upset at the Lawrence The Florist in bellevue. This is third time I am disappointed before I am writing this review. The delivery was sent to my apartment and I was not home. I receipted an unknown call without the message (wonder who called me and how can I call back). There was no note at the door neither as USPS if they missed me and wanted me to pick up my stuffs at the office. We did not know what was going on with the gift. Where was it at when My husband who is living in Vietnam, sending a $200 gift received a confirm email said "It is successful delivered". As this type of service that I would like to say the service is NOT PROFESSIONAL. In the past, I received bad pineapple, cheese with the expire date tag was tore off (in this case I got my money back)....but It is too much for me to writing this today. Appauling , the arrangement was out of stock ,issues with payment instead of ringing the sender or emailing them they contacted the recipient saying the there was an order for you but the payment didnt go through !!!!!!! is this normal ..what a poor customer service -truly disappointed -even worse when I wrote to them they didnt even bother replying -what a rude unprofessional people

I purchased flowers from this shop several.times and despite the higher price, I keep.coming back for the same reason...the flowers are always last forever, the arrangements are so unique and beautiful and there is no comparison to any bouquets you will ever have from markets or other florists in the area!

I've always bought custom bouquets from them. Every time I go in, I give them a price range and a general idea of what I need, and they do their thing. It looks like all the bad experiences were from people who ordered online or did get a chance to see what they were paying for.

My mom is a huge fan of flowers, and really appreciates receiving a bouquet whenever an occasion arises. I usually head to places like Costco or Safeway for flowers because of the convenience, but often found that the flowers at those stores don't last very long, and they look pretty generic. Imagine how thrilled I was to learn that there was a florist right across the street from my local Safeway! I went in, took a peek around, and asked if they could help me arrange a bouquet to congratulate my mother on her dance performance tonight. I don't know much about flower arrangement, so I answered a couple of questions (color and price range) and let them decide on the arrangement for me. It's absolutely gorgeous and completely exceeded my expectations for a custom arranged bouquet. I will definitely be coming to this shop again and highly recommend that others give them a try as well.
