I ordered the Blue Horizons arrangement in premium. I paid extra to get a nice big full arrangement. All we received was a very sparely arrangement. Very disappointed! Will not use them again!

Ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral. Even the Funeral home was shocked to find out that the small, rather pathetic bouquet of cut flowers had cost over $100.00 dollars. Three stems of white Lilies and a couple of white hydrangeas. Will NEVER use them again!

My husband is currently deployed and surprised me by sending a gorgeous arrangement of flowers. Imagine my surprise when I found out I was allergic to them the next day. So I called them the day afterwards and they were happy to send me a new arrangement with flowers I have been around before and have not had a reaction too, and it's no charge at all. They were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am very disappointed in my dealings with this florist. I will never ever use them again and I will tell friends the same. They deserve negative stars! A zero would be too good for them! I called Blitz to have flowers delivered for Valentine's Day. I thought I made two very simple requests: 1. Not to reveal the sender, and 2. Any color rose but red. What ended up happening is: 1. They revealed the sender, and 2. They sent a red rose. By revealing the sender, they ruined things. I've made two phone calls to complain but have yet to get a call back.

A colleague of ours unexpectedly lost a close relative. After discovering this, a co-worker of mine and I decided to send a flower arrangement to the viewing at the funeral home. Little did we know, the viewing was set to start in less than 3 hours from when we called the florist shop. Not only did this company create the floral arrangement we requested, they had it delivered to the funeral home in 2 hours! Imagine our shock when the funeral home called to say it had arrived before the start of the viewing! Thank you Blitz & Co Florist!! I definitely understand why this business has received all 5 stars. Incredible service!

This was the first time I used Blitz & Co. They were very professional, listened carefully to my request and made helpful suggestions. They delivered a beautiful bouquet of long stem white roses, that brought many compliments from our guests. I will definitely use them in the future.

So I ordered flowers to be delivered, but I also needed a cup of hot coco to be delivered with them to give it that extra something. Blitz & Co totally took care of me, picked up the coco, and delivered the flowers within a matter of hours. Thanks B & C you have no idea how much that little extra helped brighten their day. Terrible customer service skills. My flowers were not delivered on time and two days later I still haven't received them. When I asked to speak to a manager the young lady hung up on me. The manager made an excuse for her hanging up on me and did not once apologized for her associate. They didn't even bother to contact me until two days later even though I left two voicemails on the 14th but said they didn't get it but even though they had my flowers on the 15th they didn't bother to call myself or my husband about the flowers along with the other things that they ordered. Very disappointed

Not only did they keep me updated on the progress, but came through with THE best arrangement I've ever seen! I've ordered flowers through these folks several times and never been disappointed. Their arrangements and quality are great, and they're always willing to go out of their way to help. At one point the recipient was house sitting for a friend, so Blitz & Co drove all the way to southern Puyallup, rather than a mile from their store, with no change to the delivery charge. Yesterday (Saturday on a holiday weekend) they were able to deliver my order less than 90 minutes after I placed it online. I don't have a standard for comparison because they're the only florist I'd want to use.

I was pleasantly surprised that this florist was so helpful with my request of a flower crown on such sort notice. I called same day to have a flower crown made for my daughters photoshoot and they were very accommodating. I was able to pick it up after 3 and it was absolutely perfect! It was just the right colors and they were so sweet to my 5 year old in store. I would recommend this lovely place to anyone who is new to Tacoma like me. I didn't know where to go and this will now be my go to place!
