I placed a delivery order and received the gold treatment! 30 minutes after placing the order (Zen Artistry) Mollie gave me a call to let me know that the orchid would be a cut Orchid, and not a live orchid. The amazing part is she figured out that I wanted a live Orchid all from the gift note that I wrote the recipient. She ended up making a beautiful arrangement with a live Orchid. I will absolutely be a repeat customer!

Ordered a bouquet here with a balloon and a stuffed animal toy for my wife's birthday. First delivery only had bouquet, so I had to call them and ask to complete the order in full. Very disappointed with their inability to fulfill a very simple order without issues. The flowers are good however.

Arrangement was fantastic and delivery right on time. EDIT: I ordered from them again a month later. Great arrangement and right on time. One small hitch, the balloon add on was missed. As soon as it was brought to their attention they apologised to me over the phone and said they would deliver the balloon ASAP. The next day the balloon along with complementary chocolates were delivered with an apology note from the florist. The whole situation was handled fantastically. Great customer service!

Called direct- not thru the 1-800 floral anybody. You get floral arrangements that are not dictated by some recipe. The one I sent was beyond gorgeous. I told them it was going to a Japanese woman so it needed to be simple and elegant. It was far beyond my expectations. I wished I could post the photo. Thank you!!!

Extremely overpriced and unpredictable. When you walk in to make a custom bouquet you’re always asked “what’s your budget?” You never know what you’re going to get. one time they made a gorgeous bouquet for $25, but ever since, no matter what price I gave them, they’re either underwhelming or ok, but not for the price. I walked in the other day and asked for a $40 bouquet for my wife’s birthday. It looked worse than a $15 bouquet at QFC. I kept coming back because it’s the closest flower shop to my apartment, but after last time, never again. The people are nice and helpful but that doesn’t make up for the terrible price to quality ratio.

There aren't enough stars to rate this florist for their excellence! The choice of flowers was endless; each and every one of them fresh and new looking! In March, 2015, my daughter and I wanted to get 3 floral arrangements to give to Bill Bellemy, Jay Reid, and D'Lai .. comedians doing their Ladies Night Out Tour at Parlor Live in Bellevue. The woman handling customers was delightful, gracious, and extremely helpful! She brought out several vases to choose from that were completely suitable for men. Then and there she did all 3 arrangements and they were magnificent! She used HER imagination for the design and type of flowers and we were in complete awe!!! Even though we live in Everett, Wa, THIS will be our florist FOREVER!

Wonderful Florist! My daughter is in hospital and I'm out of town and Bellevue Crossroads Florist not only took the time to ask about my daughters preferences for colors and flowers but recommended an arrangement that would last 2 weeks. They had it delivered within a couple hours and my daughter describes the arrangement as " Breathtaking" and she said "Thank you, Mom" . LIFE SAVER! A++++ I had placed an order at one of the web based sites and the messed it up not once, not twice, but three times!! After speaking to a supervisor at said company they informed me that same day wasn't available each time after I had placed my order well before the time frame on the website. I called these folks directly and was greeted with great customer service and very empathetic to my problem! She had said that they would make it happen today! Cost me a little more but I would gladly pay for that type of service again!

Very Happy with our experience. Ordered flowers from out of town and I was nervous about the quality. The florist called because some of the items were not in season and I wanted same day delivery. I asked them to use their better judgement and use what they thought was best. Our recipient (who has specific taste) was over the moon! She sent me a photo and i have to agree, the arrangement was beautiful and met our expectations. I would easily order from this florist again. They provide a beautiful, well crafted product and the customer service is excellent.

Lina and her crew just finished creating and supplying us with the most beautiful floral arrangements for our daughters wedding, held on June 27th, with an afternoon temperature of 93 degrees. Despite the heat, they managed to keep the florals fresh by keeping them in their van and running the air conditioning until right before the ceremony - way above and beyond the call of duty. My daughter and I are fussy about florals and wanted custom creations to our specifications - Lina and Jonna worked with us and met every request and totally exceeded our expectations. The flowers were magnificent and enhanced the entire wedding and reception like nothing else did, and their prices are very reasonable. Thank you again, Lina, Jonna and crew.....you're our florists for life!

Bellevue Crossroads Florist took care of all of our floral needs for our wedding, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. They went above and beyond to ensure that every bouquet was perfect, and we had tons of compliments on our centerpieces all day. I especially loved my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids as well. All the arrangements were so breathtaking and 10x better than I could have ever imagined. They also used real flowers on our wedding cake and it turned out beyond beautiful. The detail and attention was much appreciated and we are SO happy with how everything turned out. I would 120% recommend using them for wedding, or any occasions. We have gotten a few bouquets for birthdays and anniversaries as well and they were always perfect!

The only reason I didn't rate one star is because my wife loved the flowers she got. However, what she got was not the "premium" arrangement I ordered. What my wife got was half the size it was supposed to be, was missing many of the flowers and greens that were supposed to be in it, was arranged like a child did it in a hurry and did not even come in the vase that was a highlight of the order. Even more disappointing was that I know that this florist can do better. I highly doubt I will ever do an internet order with them again.

Called on hour's notice asking if they could create a red, white, and blue arrangement for a friend who was becoming US citizen that day. I chose the medium-sized arrangement, and requested that no vase be included. I arrived an hour later and the arrangement was ready: red roses and pansies, white roses and pansies, and some purplish-blue flowers, together with other flowers and greenery. Looked great - I've uploaded a photo. The arrangement lasted for several days, with most of the roses still looking good after over a week. Service was wonderful, and price reasonable.
