Ordered two dozen assorted roses for my wife for Vday. Apparently I read the description wrong because I THOUGHT she would get the arrangement already set (as pictured on the website). Instead she got two bouquets totaling the two dozen that were delivered in a box UPSIDE DOWN!? The flowers look terrible, not fresh at all, and were dropping leaves out of the box. The total of my order was $39.99 +tax until I hit confirm order. THEN the true total showed as $65.99 because they failed to show the $18 shipping fee until after the order was confirmed. First time customer, LAST time customer. Lesson learned.

Floral arrangement I sent was poisonous to the recipients’ cat. I guess I should have looked up every flower in the arrangement, but I also think they should mark arrangements “ok for pets” and also help recipients get specific flowers within the arrangement swapped out.

Ordered through 1800 flowers and the order was sent to this shop. (I confirmed this with 1 800 Flowers customer service.) I ordered for same day delivery to a business. I placed my order at 9:10 am that day. The order arrived after business hours and my girlfriend had left work already. The whole point of having flowers delivered to your girlfriend at work is everyone gets to see that she has someone that cares about her enough to make a big deal by sending flowers. That is now lost. Earlier in the day, I was getting worried that the flowers had not been delivered and tried to contact the florist by calling the number listed on their website. It went immediately to a voice mail box that had not been setup. I tried calling several times and never got through. Very disappointed and will not use 1-800-Flowers or this florist again.

I will not order from this site again. They did not honor my military 25% discount and did not deliver Mothers Day gift to the designated location before it closed. I have called 4 times there's never a supervisor available or they say no one else can help you. If your going to get a love one a gift. I suggest looking up a local company and do direct business instead of the middle man. I hope 1800flowers enjoy that $78.00 will be my last time. None of the representatives speak good English. If you ask for someone else because of language barrier they say sorry no one is available. Just overall bad customer service.

Very nice people. A bit pricey. If you want something specifically arranged this place is a great option. If you want a simple prepicked bouquet go down the road to the co-op and get one (no vase) for 1/3 price.

I wouldn’t recommend this store for anyone. Paid $50 and I was told to come in 20 minutes to prepare my flower. On my return I was shocked , what was prepared for me is something I can buy from Safeway for $10. Not trust worthy!

1-800-Flowers are a joke, totally unreliable. Sent my wife two sets of rotten flowers for valentines day, then sent replacements two days later, still garbage. Gave them a second chance to send my Mother flowers for Christmas supposed to arrive on the 27th, 28th and still no flowers. I call them and they say they can't deliver the flowers until Jan 3rd!! Then tell me they cant deliver the flower I choose as the Christmas arrangements are not available in January. Steer clear, I'm going back to using interflora.

Awesome!!! Service was so great. I ordered online too late to go out for same-day delivery (totally my fault) and the shop was so accomodating. Decided I would come pick them up- when I got there, I was half an hour earlier than I said I would be and was honestly expecting a little attitude for being inconvenient but my flowers were ready (and perfect!) and the man was charming, friendly and so genuine, only concerned about whether I liked the flowers and apologizing for me having to come get them (even though it was totally my fault for ordering so late). Really appreciate the amazing service and beautiful flowers! Thank you!

NO STARS - I am beyond aggravated with 1-800-flowers customer service and overall phone service. I placed my order over the phone for a sympathy delivery. My arrangement was meant for the wife of the deceased, but instead they sent it to the deceased. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was never e-mailed my confirmation or receipt. They also never provided a mock up so that I could approve the order was correct before it was arranged. After a week, I called to get the receipt and confirmation of delivery I found out my name was completely incorrect as was all my contact information. This level of incompetence surrounding a very delicate circumstance is appalling. There is no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism and I will not be ordering from your site or any of your affiliates ever again.

My girlfriend is hot, so I needed to make sure the flowers I bought were just as beautiful. This place has the hook up! The flowers are really pretty (that's as girly a word I will use). The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable (about flowers and other stuff too). I also still had money in my wallet for a super taco or two afterwards. My gf was thrilled when the flowers I got her were delivered by a friendly man in a van. Next time I have to buy flowers (holiday or screw up) I already know just who to call.

Tried this service for the first time on Valentine's day and ordered some flowers for my wife. First they missed the time for delivery at her office. I called in to cancel after and they refused refund telling me it was my fault for not telling them it was a business when I did. Then they missed the new time they gave me to deliver at home. And still refused a refund. The flowers showed up the next day and were left on the front step to freeze and die, and it wasn't even the exact order. Used carnations instead of roses and the vase was much cheaper than what was shown. Now they say it was delivered so no refund. Service, product, and customer service were the worst I've seen in a long while. Do not use them, buyer beware. Go with a local florist. Lesson learned for next time.
