This shop is honestly wonderful; the quality of the flowers were fresh and impressive, so vibrant and healthy looking, and the people on the staff design certain flowers together and made an elaborate flower design for me for a wedding. The design was absolutely lovely, and received many compliments during the event. I also have used them before for a birthday, and as always was so happy about the quality and the reliability. I highly recommend this shop for those looking for excellent flowers for any function.

I ordered flowers for as a surprise for my mom's birthday and let me say I definitely got brownie points for the best daughter lol. They asked for my mom's number to call her if she wasn't home, but I told them I wanted this to be a complete surprise and they suggested that they will just call me if no one is at home. I asked them if they could record my mom receiving the flowers and they sent me a video of my mom answering the door, and let me say the best 20 seconds that have ever been recorded hahahaha.

So disappointed in the flowers I received from this shop. They were ordered from 1-800-Flowers and this was the shop associated with my area. The first time they were delivered, the roses were completely opened and were drooping by the next day. I called 1-800-Flowers immediately upon their delivery and placed a complaint. The florist called me the next day and said she could not redeliver until Saturday (this was Wednesday). She told me they would be delivered at noon. After waiting around for 3.5 hours on Saturday, they were finally delivered at 3:30 pm. Again, the roses were completely opened and the arrangement was half the size of the original! I have placed another complaint with 1-800-Flowers but I would not encourage anyone to order from this shop. Again, extremely disappointing and such poor customer service.

I called University Flowers, to order a flowers for a funeral service. I felt like the arrangement was more than what I expected, and looked beautiful! The only down fall would be the heavy accent of the lady who took the order, it took a while to get what I wanted on the card, correct. She was still very nice. I would use them again.

Their 24/7 delivery and online ordering service is a cherry on top. The birthday flowers I ordered brought a smile on my friend’s face. One should give them a try.

**Tip** flower websites (FTD, 1800flowers, telefora, etc) are actually the MIDDLE man. They take commission off of your money forcing local shops to make up for the loss by giving you less than what you paid for. The best way to order and establish connections with local flower shops is to call them directly. That way you're getting every flower you paid for. I've always gone to Grace for my floral needs and they turn out lovely every time. I love striking up conversations with Grace, she reminds me of my own hardworking mother. Single stemmed flowers are captivating, but it does take craft and skill to arrange them beautifully. There's nothing wrong with having a fine taste in beautiful things.

This Florist was just awesome! I was looking for a more personal arrangement of gladiolus and fall colors for my Mom's service. Not easy to do this time of year! I didn't like the arrangements that all the on line florists offered, so I came in with photos of what I liked and didn't like. The florist only had 2 days to get the type of flowers I wanted and to make it more difficult, it was homecoming weekend and she was slammed! But she could tell how much it meant to me to have just the right arrangement and she did all she could to procure open gladiolus and other flowers in the color scheme I wanted to make a very personal arrangement for me. Don't be put off by the workshop appearance....it's not a traditional florist shop. Its clear they are more concerned with doing a great job with flowers than to have the hallmark gift shop look. I would highly recommend them for any occasion!

Used this shop for three years now for valentines day and this year I purchased a bouqet with a vase and added a stuffed animal. My fiancee didn't get the stuffed animal this time, the flowers were fine but seems lke.lack of attention to detail. Probably not using this flower shop again and I'm not going to fight over 10$.

I have used University Flower Shoppe for floral arrangements for two work events, a summer picnic and a holiday party. In both cases, the center pieces were beautiful, and the shop worked with my budget to make sure that I got the most for my $. I have been very, very happy with University Flower Shoppe.
