Great service...it was the day before 4th of July all the other local flower places where closed ...They was still open and very helpful. I was going to leave to pick up a bottle water from the store and he gave me a bottle of water..very thoughtful.

These people are the worst!! The day before my wedding, the florist called me to tell me they couldn't do the cascade bunch they had promised me 8 months before! He waited until the day before my wedding to tell me he couldn't do it!! Really?! This was after I paid them for it. If I had known a few weeks or even days before, I could've found someone to give me the bouquet I wanted. Never go to these people. They're terrible and dishonest.

I live in North Carolina and needed to find a place to send flowers to my mom on mothers day. I waited till the day before which turned out to be no problem. My mom called me and told the flowers where beautiful and two weeks later she said they still looked good! I was very impressed and so I called in again for an arrangement for a friend that passed away. I asked for a custom job that resembled red skin colors and and was pleasantly surprised when I saw the finished product, they text a picture before delivering the flowers! They were sent same day for the viewing and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially since I called in from out of state!

Since Valentines Day falls on a Saturday this year I went ahead and ordered some flowers for my wife in the middle of the week, figuring they could hang around her office for a few days. I placed my order for a decent size arrangement at about 9:10 for same day delivery, within an hour and a half my wife had them at her office - and they looked GREAT. Could not be happier with how quickly they got out and how they turned out, this WILL be my go to place from now on.

On my wedding day, we did have some miscommunication about what we wanted one of our bouquets to look like BUT Zee did a fantastic job of working with me to provide me with a new bouquet that he turned around in a matter of 1-2 hours and it was breathtaking. My wife loved it and because of him, I looked like a hero when I showed up on my wedding day. Go to this shop for all of your floral arrangements.

I called Rose Florist, based on the positive reviews. It was a last-minute idea for an anniversary dinner. They not only made a spectacular bouquet, they had it delivered to Maggiano's so that it would be on the table when we arrived for dinner. My wife was very happy. The bouquet is big, beautiful and looked fantastic on our table! The flowers also came with a really nice vase.

But thank God, the manager (owner?) was in his car outside about to drive away. But he saw me and jumped out and opened the store just for me! Ordered the flowers (online) with this business for a relative's funeral service and the service ran from 8a-1p. We were there the whole time and didn't see it at the funeral service and there was no delivery confirmation or email. I didn't even know if they delivered my order. It says same day delivery, guess not. I don't recommend this business at all.

Great Customer service, I needed flowers on Sunday and called at 3:30, A gentleman name Zee answered the phone and told me they close at 2 o'clock on Sundays. I explained to him that I needed some flower very urgently for the same day and he said not a problem and he came and open the shop JUST for me and give me a beautiful arrangement and I bought a bottle of wine as well just to make his effort worthwhile. Such a wonderful florist! Being from out of state it is sometimes hard to know what you are getting. I picked Rose Florist based upon Google reviews, and it was definitely a good choice! The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and friendly. He made suggestions for a get well bouquet for my sister, and since I was from out of town, even texted me a photo so I could see what the arrangement looked like. I called in the morning and she received the flowers by early afternoon. The flowers were GORGEOUS and really made her day. I’ll definitely keep them on my list for future use!

I needed some flowers on Sunday for a service at 9:00 o' clock in the morning at a local funeral home in Fairfax, I called Rose Florist at 8:00 o' clock in the evening before to see if they can deliver the arrangement the next day morning. A gentleman name Zee picked up the phone after hour and took my order and He assured me that the flowers will be deliver before 9 AM for the service, giving the fact they open at 11: 00 on Sundays. They really went out of their way to accommodate me in that very crucial time. I greatly appreciate their accommodation that meant a lot to me and my family. Short sighed moment on my part! I needed a glorious floral arrangement for Monday morning and assumed my usual florist would whip something out last minute, they did not. The product is excellent but lack in customer service. I asked that my Bride be contacted by phone to ensure she was at home. The driver called upon arrival and when he did not get an answer, he left the product (19 long stem roses) in a vase outside on the porch. When I contacted the owners and protested that we agreed upon being contacted first, so she would be there upon delivery, but that agreement was not kept, they replied: 'What's wrong with leaving the flowers outside on the porch". Additionally, they forced 19 long stem red roses into a vase that was too small for the large number of flowers. However, when I stated that the next time, I would need a larger vase, their response was that they had used a larger vase because I was a good customer and that actually 19 roses are usually placed in a SMALLER vase and I was lucky to get the larger one. Well, this is one GOOD Customer, who forever will be a FORMER customer.

This was our first time using Rose Florist and they knocked it out of the park! It was a last minute request, literally, they closed in 10 minutes and my son forgot to order a corsage for his prom date! They normally take orders for the corsages because of the special attention required and the colors, but she was able to make a beautiful white rose, wrist corsage that was absolutely beautiful!!!
