They were so easy and pleasant to work with, as someone who wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, they led me through a completely painless process of picking out flowers and they didn't disappoint! The flowers were beautiful-we did cherry blossoms for the ceremony, and the bridal party bouquets were fantastic. They went above and beyond with the small touches as well-the flower girl bouquet was one of my favorite things about the entire wedding. The centerpieces were elegant and really brought the whole room together. I loved working with Rachel and Madison, and can't wait to have a need to get flowers again from them soon!

Had 18 long stem roses delivered for an early Valentine's Day. They were personally delivered to my Valentine and not dropped off at the front desk. She continued to express over and over how beautiful the display is and how they smell just fantastic. She is a critique of roses and their quality. This time they exceeded expectations and she said it was the best arrangement by far in her entire life! I wasn't originally planning to use a florist for my wedding at all. I thought I could only get what I really wanted if I made my bouquets myself. I only looked into a few florists at my mom's insistence. I left my consultation with HO completely convinced that I should use them! Madison walked me through every floral arrangement for my wedding, helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, and even told me the names of all the flowers I liked. She was very available and flexible over email when I changed my contract several times leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, they were seamless in delivering and setting up our flowers. Not to mention, I absolutely ADORED the arrangements--especially my bridal bouquet! I highly recommend Helen Olivia Flowers. :)

125 dollar arrangement and 15 dollar delivery charge for mother's day. I was told there would be ranunculus. There was only one and it looked like a bud. Tons of hydrangea. It looked very phoned in. Will never use again.

The best experience I've ever had with a florist. Beautifully designed website , not as messy as other florists sites , easy to navigate through and make orders online , beautifully arranged order , I ordered the orchid garden , it was delivered within two hours , the card looked great , the orchid looked great , they also called after it was delivered (upon my request when I made the order ) they called and said it was delivered. It's just great .. Maybe a bit pricy , but it's so classy , so elegant it's worth it. UPDATE: I used this florist again for the second time to deliver flowers on Mother's Day .. The flowers were delivered on time , great design .. They are great , and their manager Charles was directly in contact with me over a request I made , it's just great

AMAZING product and even BETTER SERVICE! I'm from Dallas, TX and called to see if they had a certain bloom in stock, to send a friend a custom creation. I got to speak with Charles, the owner. Charles was super friendly, helpful, and never rushed me while helping me create the perfect custom arrangement that would fit my friend's taste, while staying within my budget. I received an invoice in my email immediately, as promised. Within 2 hours of my phone order, I received different-angled pics of the arrangements from Charles then and a text from my friend, saying that the gift had brought her joyful tears. Helen Olivia is not your typical florist - they have amazing products and amazing service!

I couldn't say enough beautiful things about Helen Olivia. They have THE BEST floral designs, products, and customer service. Their workshops are fabulous! If you haven't been to the shop, you need to go now.... You will never want to shop for flower arrangements anywhere else!
