Before going to this florist I read the reviews and there was a lot of negative ones and also a couple positive ones so I figured I'd give it a shot these guys are incredibly nice they help you make the gift that you want you can pick something that they have modify it and make it your own this place is totally awesome they were super friendly to my daughter and then made the perfect Mother's Day gift for my wife I'm definitely coming to these guys again. there prices are very fair. the vase i got was definitely good quality. my wife fell in love with the flowers the moment she saw them. 5 stars all day long. they even broke it down for me on the life span on the flowers i got. and they are open sundays!!

At 8:25a on a Thursday, I ordered online from Foxchase to send my wife flowers to her hospital lab. I was concerned with the late timing and that it needed to be in the lab by 1p same day. They managed to pull it off with stars. The arrangement was beautiful and everyone in her lab was jealous.

This florist delivered dead flowers...on Valentine's Day. Out of 20 flowers in the arrangement, 18 were dead. I can't believe they even delivered them. When I called and asked how they were going to resolve it, they said they'd send another bouquet at no charge. They didn't. And there has been no refund. I do not recommend this florist.

We ordered flowers online and received a phone call explaining that one of the flowers that we had ordered in the arrangement was out of stock. They quickly recommended some other flowers and said that they would send picture before they delivered. They sent 3 pictures about 30 minutes later and when I said I would like one of the type of flowers replaced - it was "no problem". They made new arrangement and the flowers were beautiful! Will definitely order from here again.

I forgot to order flowers for a special occasion until late in the day and thought I was completely out of luck. After calling quite a few florists in the area I called Fox Chase. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I placed an order at 4pm and the flowers were delivered within the hour and were exactly what I hoped for! I will definitely place all future orders with Fox Chase.

I ordered a plant arrangement for our daughter's birthday for delivery on a Saturday. It was delivered to the wrong address, but I can't fault the florist as she bought into a new townhouse subdivision with similar streets and walkways, versus streets. For some reason, the less than honest erroneous recipient signed for and received the arrangement. I e-mailed the florist early that evening complaining that the arrangement had not been delivered, and that I wanted it delivered first thing on Monday morning. They came back with a major apology and went into their store on a Sunday when they are usually closed, reworked the order and delivered it on a Sunday. This puts them in the "we care" category and in the top 2% of florist in my opinion. I can't imagine another florist going out their way to may something "right".

Horrible service! I missed the delivery call at noon because I was at work on conference call. I called back but delivery person wouldnt pick up the phone. They made no effort to deliver the flowers again that afternoon or the next day. I had to call 1800flowers to track down the local florist. I called Foxchase and they were coming up with excuses non stop. Said they didnt call because they didnt have my number... Huh?? That they made 2 efforts to deliver. I disagree because I got 1 call only. They spent 2 hours on trying to deliver the flowers.... I live within a mile... I said I can come to pick the flowers up but they ran out of flowers in my order. Disappointing experience.

I was in need of a last minute birthday bouquet delivery in the Alexandria Virginia area and was extremely fortunate to find Fox Chase Florist. They have a great selection and very competitive prices. After my order was finalized, I received a call from Gamesh, asking me if it was ok for a last minute change due to availability of the vase the website listed. Gamesh informed me that he wanted to make positively sure that I got what I requested instead of him making changes without the customers consent. All was arranged and Gamesh took the time to call me right after the delivery! Gamesh truly represents outstanding customer service! Thank you! 6 STARS!

Delivered so late at night why did they even bother??? Past 8pm is not acceptable. Ruined her birthday present. Item recieved did not match the style or deluxe height shown on the website. So I paid 15 extra for the standard height? This has to be a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This just shows me, that you can not always go by reviews. My experience with Foxchase was good. They communicated with me to be sure that what I ordered was what they delivered. The flowers were arranged beautifully and were fresh. My wife enjoyed them very much.

The delivery agent went above and beyond- the original address listed was difficult to find, and the agent contacted me by phone call and text to get clarification. The agent also texted me once flowers had been delivered successfully. It was great customer service! I would highly recommend!

First of all ,I am another florist & no what to expect for the value of $125.00 should get me. Just so you know they originally screwed the first time asking for all white flowers & a colorful bouquet in a cheap inexpensive vase @ most $3.00 & they were crammed into the vase. So i complained because first of all hydrangeas were dead after 1 day & wrong item sent .So i discussed with them to replace with all white flowers & pick up & replace... Well it was poorly designed again & crammed into the same cheap vase again... They are very hard to understand let alone the QUALITY of Design is HORRIBLE...... NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM.... BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!
