WONDERFUL customer service! They were kind enough to send pictures to my phone and let me choose the plant I liked best. I always wonder what I am sending to people...this time I knew! They had tons of plants and flowers for me to choose from. They also included a free german chocolate with the plant! I will absolutely use this company again. Thank you for being so helpful!

20150501 Great arrangement at an even better price. They texted photo before delivery and then called once the arrangement was delivered. With no guidance, except it was for the wife's birthday, they exeeded expectations. 20160212 They deliver once again; excuse the pun. Second time I have called from the road and their arrangement hit the bullseye. Just wish they would keep a customer file, so I don't have to verbally pass all my info while sitting on a plane.

The owners of this shop are absolutely amazing. I had no idea what flowers I wanted and they told me to name a price range and what the occasion was - a date. The woman said give me 10 minutes and I’ll have something ready for you. I came back to the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen made with elegance, skill, and of course passion. The flowers arrived late from the wholesaler, but the folks at Flowers with Passion kept me posted by phone so I could readjust my plans, and when delivered were beautiful! This place is absolutely amazing! We were in a bind and last minute details At our funeral were flowers that we had forgotten all about! We called on the store and last min closing, they heard us out on our plea and stayed 3 mores hours after closing and even opens the Sunday for us to pick up gorgeous arrangements that showed miticulos care even though last minute.. I have to say god bless them and will absolutely recommend and will always use there services. The owners Omar and Fawzia were a blessing to our grandmother funeral.

I usually don't write reviews, but the actions by this florist were exceptional. First they prepared a very nice arrangement and delivered it on time, which was a good start. However, they wrote my name incorrectly (Dawn vs Don) and delivered it. When I saw the invoice I asked them to call the person receiving the flowers and tell them the correct name. They were very concerned about the mistake (due to a poor phone connection) and rather than just calling them they delivered another smaller arrangement and a new corrected card. That deserves 5 stars.

Arrived at store on 8:45 am on a Thursday. Park outside, walk to the front door at 9:03 am. Website says 9 am, store front sign says 9 am, Google says 9 am...okay, it's only 3 minutes. I'll go wait a little longer. I go sit in the car, come back at 9:17. Still closed. No lights on inside, no one inside. Store can't be good if it doesn't even open to customers. 9:20 and driving off, still dark inside. No idea when they actually open. Edited: They responded to my post, seem nice in their response and attempt to make it better (I won't take that though). Bumping their rating up
