I have been a frequent and loyal customer for perhaps 20+ years! I would not consider anyplace else for my floral/plant giving needs. For their business , and actually for any business, they are the gold standard for consistent quality and customer service. They take great pride in and care with every order. They are not happy until you are. After so many years of terrific service I feel treated less like a customer and more like a family member. It’s easy to want to shop locally with this great business. Try them...you won’t be sorry.

The flowers for our daughter's wedding were not only reasonably priced for the amazing quality we received but they were absolutely beautiful. From the bouquets to the boutonnieres to the table arrangements - they were better than we were expecting. But the place where Flowers & Plants really showed how amazing they are was in the flowers for the custom trellis made by the bride's father. The theme of the wedding was books and the altar was made with 2 bookcases connected by a trellis. They only saw a picture of it a couple of days before the wedding and still created a beautiful design of flowers that created an amazing backdrop for the wedding ceremony and pictures. Could not have asked for a better florist!!

Great store, great owners, great service. Our family has used Flowers and Plants since they opened almost 4 decades ago. Their selection and customer has landed them as true McLean staple. It says volumes that a small brick and mortar store can survive the McLean rents, and demands of an affluent clientele.

Just picked up the flowers for Valentine's Day. I placed the order online and called to ask if they could throw a bit more color into the arrangement. The end result exceeded my expectations. Wife was happy. It was a bit pricey compared to some other places I've bought from before , but the quality and quality was way better. Will definitely buy from here again for the next occasion.

This is a good shop but the guy running it, Chip, needs some real customer service training. He also likes to run roughshod over his employees, as he is a bit of a bully. I wonder how many I-9 forms the guy has ever had his staff fill out for employment to validate permission to work. A good shop with unlimited potential if the owner got some customer relations training.

I needed to pick-up a last minute flower arrangement for my girlfriend's work event last week. I did a Google Search and fount Flowers& Plants Etc. Upon entering the store, the very friendly staff greeted me and was very helpful in bearing with me do to the fact that I was not feeling well. They were able to come up with arrangement, which was a big hit at the event that night. They have a new customer. P.S. I love the pennies
