The owner is so nice and will work with you’re budget, she DOES NOT over price she is fair and understanding. We were on a strict budget told her what we wanted and she quoted us way less then we were expecting and were quoted from other flower shops 10/10 recommendation.

Great service. Krista was very helpful over the phone; very professional and efficient. Since I live out of state, I called a week ahead of time, but she said that one could place an order and get it to the recipient the next day (if not sooner!) She even helped me stay within my budget by playing around with the numbers and making it work for me. If you are considering sending flowers to someone you love, I highly recommend Flowers at Hilltop.

Dropped in, unannounced, with a couple of bottles I had decorated and the wonderfully passionate owner helped me pick flowers for them. They were well received.

Called in an order for a birthday. Very friendly and helpful with creating an arrangement. I asked could we spice things up with delivery. They went above and beyond Heather can sing a birthday tune like none other and you get to watch it on video! Order from this entity you're wasting your money anywhere else.

I was very pleased with the service. I ordered it in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon. The women had to substitute some colors on the roses but i appreciated the call first. She was very pleasant. The receiver stated the flowers were beautiful and the woman who delivered them was very nice. I'm thrilled everything went perfectly for a truly special woman who I care very much for.

Very pleased!!! Surprised my fiancé for our two year by sending her flowers at work. I talked with Samantha on the phone and she was extremely helpful in picking out what I wanted. I told her my budget and what the occasion was, and they did the rest. This was very simple to do, and a huge surprise for my fiancé. It was my first experience with this company and they knocked it out of the park! Prices are very reasonable for the quality of product. I did not see the flowers before they were delivered but I had nothing to worry about, she loved them. Thank you for everyone involved with creating the arrangement and the delivery driver who dropped it off. If I ever need flowers in the future I know where to go!

Fantastic customer service! Lucy was incredible in helping my Mr. create two gorgeous bouquets. I’m not a fan of cookie-cuter flower displays, packed with roses and babies breath— and Lucy made it a point to ask what flowers I like and dislike, what my favorite color was and if I mind greenery — and with that she created the most stunning bouquet of flowers I’ve ever received. She’s truly an artist! She created a second bouquet for a family friend that was having a tough day and said, “I’ll give her happy flowers!” filling it with stunning Dahlias and snapdragon.The thought, consideration and effort poured into each bouquet is unmatched. For years I’ve heard from my man that putting together a floral arrangement just wasn’t his area of expertise and it felt difficult/draining , but he said the experience with Lucy was 100% painless, and he’ll happily work with her in the future.... I know I will too!
