Just bought a rose from them and the quality is horrible. The rose itself is pretty fresh, but how they decorated is far worse than giant. If they call them selves a florist, how is quality far less than Giant?! Even their wrapper is so ugly. i feel like i wasted my money. Will never get flowers from them!!

Helen put together our arrangements for our ceremony, the boutonnieres and small arrangements for my reception. All were done exceptionally well where many of my guests asked if they could take it home, some of which did and the arrangements lasted almost 2 weeks! I would highly recommend her for intimate and large events such as my wedding.

This morning I ordered an anniversary flower arrangement for my wife on line. A few minutes later I received a confirmation email with the charge on my credit card so I thought all was ok. Well, when I came home around 5pm, I was expecting to see the flowers, but much to my disappointment, no flowers. Right away I called this florist and it went straight to voicemail. Closed at 5. I really wanted her to get the flowers today to enjoy before we went out to dinner. Very upset and disappointed.

I live in California and needed a prompt delivery to my sister for her birthday in Virginia Centreville Square Florist not only delivered with prompt service, but created a beautiful flower arrangements with fresh flowers for the occasion. The ordering process was very simple and efficient with follow up via email and updates. They made a beautiful arrangements with very little notice and delivered it on time! Top notch 5 star service!! It made it incredibly easy to send love from long distance and the updates from them made the process feel secure I was so pleased with their quality service and will definitely use them again for future occasions Most of all, my sister was delighted with how beautiful the floral arrangements were and she loves angel and collects them :) Thank you very much flowers were absolutely gorgeous!!!

I had stopped by the Centreville Sq Florist after work to get an arrangement to celebrate my Mom's 6th anniversary of being cancer free. I explained to the woman that I wanted something big and pink. She didn't have anything prepared that would sufice. She offered to make an arrangement and asked me to ballpark how much I was willing to spend. I told her somewhere around $50. She said no problem. She then asked if I had cash (I never carry cash) because her register could only process a cash transaction today. I told her no problem, I would run to Giant (across the street) to get cash while she prepared the arrangement. She shared that she closed at 5:00. I told her I would be right back with the cash. I returned at 5:01. The lights were out and door locked. I understand that she closes at 5:00, but I had to run and get cash because her register wasn't working. NOT MY FAULT.Very disappointed in the quality of service. I wouldn't recommend.

We had more than just perfect wedding flower on my wedding date. Everything was so pretty beautiful and elegant. Table flowers are so pretty that most of my guests wants to take the flowers after reception is over and all my wedding pictures came out so wonderful with perfect flowers. I did not even gave them specific flower names because i was running out of time to prepare other wedding stuff. I trusted them so i gave wedding theme colors and bridesmaid’s dress color and she picked out perfect flower colors!!! I would defenietly come back and i would recommand this flower shop to future brides!

Walked in to the shop, on a Saturday, to place an order for my mother-in-law’s birthday. Within 10 minutes, I had a beautiful arrangement with her favorite colors. The flowers were very fresh (lasted over a week) and vibrant. Excellent customer service!

My experience with this florist was very good. I'm from FL and I wanted to send flowers to the family who hosted me for my visit in VA. I wanted someone local just to make sure that the quality and freshness would be good. I'm not disappointed. I ordered the flowers online and they looked exactly like the pictures. I misplaced the order so I called them and asked them to move up the delivery date. They accommodated the change and delivered. According to the recipient, she loved the flowers very much and I couldn't be happier with the whole transaction.
