Used Buckingham Florist in prior years, with good results. Apparently they have moved to Annandale. I hope they have come to realize, when a customer comes into their store, it is time to stop whatever flowers they are arranging, and come up from the back of the store and take their customer's order. This didn't happen with me on Glebe Road. Worst service, ev-ah.

Very reliable. I placed an order ,from Denmark, in February, for flowers to be delivered to a friend in Virginia, USA and I am happy to say everything went as directed. More grease to your elbows Annadale Florist.

I order a deluxe bouquet for my wife birthday, and the bouquet delivered never looks like the picture shown in the web page. It has 7 roses and 7 lilies, half of the one shown in the web page.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered flowers for a friend and half the flowers were dead the basket was an old easter basket and the deluxe cookies were bags of potato chips. Called to complain and they hung up on me.

I called the day before Mother's Day (Saturday) with little hope they'd deliver on Mother's Day, but they saved the day! Customer service is amazing, I was able to order over the phone getting a full description of what I was getting. They delivered my moms flowers first thing Sunday - Mother's Day! The flowers were beautiful and abundant! Huge bouquet! Very pleased , I will definitely order flowers from here again.
