Made order a day before to be delivered within a certain window of time and after that window passed I called only to find out that the driver was still 40 minutes away or longer. No one ever bothered to note the time frame on the ticket. Very disappointed as the day was ruined.

I went in looking for lilies for my gf , 7 bucks a stem . Ouch , im sure they have different varieties then the local price chopper but price chopper has them 5 stems for 9 bucks ..

I ordered anonymous sympathy flowers and called right after I placed my online order to make sure they didn't put a name on the card, the person who answered the phone was rushed and said he'd take care of it in the morning. They still put the name on the card. I paid for the Deluxe version and when I saw the flowers was SO DISSPOINTED. The description said cream roses, miniature roses and spray....the plastic tea cup had large white and hot pink roses (not cream) and carnations...NO miniature roses. Cheapskates, very disappointed. The bouquet from Price Chopper was so much prettier. Save your money and just go to Price Chopper. Hawley's also disappointed us with freezer burnt carnations.

It was awhile ago I ordered flowers from here, but I live in Florida and wanted to send some flowers to my mom who lives in Rutland. Unfortunately due to an error on my end, the flowers weren't delivered the day I originally asked for, but the gentleman who helped me, Jerry I believe, provided me with great customer service to accommodate me, and see to it my mom got her flowers. They even hooked up the bouquet I ordered. It's so hard to come by extraordinary service like this these days would definitely recommend this place to anyone reading this local or across the country

Great florist with lots of flower options. The staff are so friendly and willing to help with your selections. I have come here the past 2 years for my wedding anniversary and my wife LOVES them. I asked for a fall themed bouquet this year and they hit the nail on the head. Will definitely be back for all of my flower needs and certainly before my next anniversary.

Wedding Flowers: Hi Jerry and all others at Park Place, The arrangements and boutonnières you made for our wedding at the Mountain Top Inn were stunning- from the bright orange ranunculus to the green hypericum berries to the seeded eucalyptus wrapped up in burlap and twine - it made our rustic wedding beautiful! The buckets filled with bursting rust- colored mums and huckleberry were gorgeous and guests were thrilled to take them home at the end of the night. Thank you for your hard work! ~Ann
