Great customer service. I ordered flowers for my wife last minute and had them delivered in less than 30 minutes to her. The lady was awesome and even offered to take them to her after work hours if she didn't end up being home. Also the flowers look awesome and were inexpensive. I will order again.

I order flowers for my mother-in-laws bday online from them and they delivered something completely different I was very disappointed on the fact that what you see online is not what you get! Manager told me they do what they can??? Will not trust there business to no one specially for a love ones special event!

Because of the type of flowers we choose (they were grown and shipped from South America) we were unable to actually see them until the day of our wedding. I had called in an order for Mother's Day flowers based on an arrangement I found on their website. The lady I spoke to on the phone indicated that what I was looking at was actually through their third-party online store, Teleflora, but that she could easily make the arrangement for me. She was actually very confident about being able to make something much better. So I ordered it, prepaid nearly $100 (as prepaying was recommended to me because then I wouldn't have to wait in the long line at the store. I could just come in, pick them up and be right back out), and confirmed with her that I'd be picking up the flowers on Saturday at 2. Well Saturday came, I had my husband go pick them and, first indication that something was wrong, he calls me up asking what the arrangement should look like because they lost the flowers. Turns out they hadn't made my arrangement at all so my husband had to wait there nearly 40 minutes for them to quickly throw something together, something that looked NOTHING like what I ordered, and not NEARLY as nice. It certainly wasn't $100 worth of flowers, but, oh, come to find out, they upgraded the vase to a "much nicer colored one", so THAT'S where some of my money was reallocated to (as I was told on the phone when I called.) Right, because what my mom REALLY wants is a $20 vase she can stick under the sink after the flowers die, right along side all her other "crappy" $5 vases, never to see the light of day again. They did offer to redo it if I wasn't satisfied, which in any other case, I would have given them points for. But by that point, it was 3 o'clock, and they were closing and because of how long they initially took, we were already late for plans set with my mother in-law. I certainly wasn't about to waste more of my time, only for them to merely throw together something else that still wasn't what I wanted. I'll never order from these guys again, nor will I ever recommend them. I should have just ordered online from Teleflora to begin with. I would have gotten exactly what I wanted; something nicer, fuller, with more flowers ... and for CHEAPER. Not some half-assed, thrown together arrangement that had more green filler than flowers. Can't believe I paid more for that than I would have through Teleflora...

AMZING SERVICE!! It was my wife's birthday and I got off work just a bit early so I could bring her home some flowers. When I arrived, I realized I had lost my wallet. I was more worried about my wife getting the flowers than my lost wallet. The staff their were Amazing and said they would give me the flowers and allowed me to come back another day when I had found my wallet.

Absolutely love this place. Every single time I have gone to Springville Floral and Gift, they have gone above and beyond what I have asked of them. You can tell they actually love what they do, and it's not just a business to them. If I ever need flowers, this is the first place I think of.

I have a complaint that is pretty serious. Springville Floral accepts orders from third party websites. Unfortunately, they do not match the quality of the picture in the website and offer a far inferior product than what is shown. For instance, we ordered a large 18 inch plant basket and Springville Floral delivered a 6 inch plant basket to our family funeral, a highly humiliating experience for our family. Springville Floral should be honest about what they accept as an order and delivery. THIS IS A FORM OF DISHONESTY. When I called into the store to express my horror, they blamed it on the third party. I dissagree. They need to take responsibility for the product ordered and the one delivered. It is their responsibility to GET IT RIGHT OR NOT ACCEPT THE JOB. Giving bad service is NEVER the best policy. They were very nonchalant about it, saying words that expressed that it was not their fault, etc. Yes it is their fault! ..they need to KNOW what is ordered and if they can afford to deliver a similar product for whatever price is being offered by the third party. This is the honest way of doing business. Springville Floral is not honest and does not deliver a fair product in this respect. It is a form of stealing.

I called after 6pm last Tuesday (Anniversary), I did not know they closed at 6pm. They happen to be at the office and said come on down and we'll get you setup for some Lilies for your wife. That was around 6:15pm, I got there taken care of and ended up leaving around 6:30pm. An overall great experience. They did not have to answer the phone because it was after they already closed, although I'm grateful they did answer for phone that day. On a side note speaking with people in general concerning this florist, it appears that there are some issues regarding delivery of flowers. Joshua Varney

We never know the true impact flowers can have/make on someone's day...I can say, sending someone flowers just because of a simple thought is awesome...Springville Floral went above and beyond, to be apart of the biggest impact in my life... So, they assisted me in a long distance delivery...The ladies helped me express my intentions and purpose of the flowers beautifully, one single thought/one single flower surrounded by many lil other friends helped find my One!!!...these ladies will be my life time Florist!... Not to mention how understanding they were when I dropped the ball more then once, actually 4 straight days in a row... Can't recommend higher. Wonderful to work with especially since I typically don't know what I want until they hand it to me and it's perfect.
