I phoned in my order after 5 p.m. and even though it was past the deadline to get same day delivery, the woman on the phone recognized that the delivery address was on her way home, and she volunteered to make the delivery herself after work. I wish I remembered her name, but I don't. She was very kind and helpful.

They delivered a much smaller flower arrangement with less flowers for $62. After complaining and calling they offered to take the flowers the arrangement was missing. They are difficult to work with also, two flowers were broken and they repaired them with green tape and a stick. Be very cautious when ordering from sky floral.

I will NEVER come back to this place! I have not only had one bad experience, but I’ve had two. The store is always a mess, the customer service is awful. Also don’t plan on your flowers looking good if you have them delivered. I would just save your money and go somewhere else if i were you.

You know when you have such an incredible experience working with a company that you feel excited and compelled to right a review? That’s exactly how I feel after my experience with Sky Floral!! We ordered funeral flowers Saturday afternoon for our nearest and dearest neighbor who had recently passed away. We were recommended to them by word of mouth and I am so glad we proceeded to give this flower shop a chance! The moment we walked in we were greeted by an enticing aroma of their fresh flowers, friendly smiles and very professional attitudes. They seemed very busy at the time but they did not let our needs go unnoticed. We were immediately escorted to a table with chairs and a nice girl sat down with us and presented us with all of our options and since we were working with such a tight budget, she reassured us that whatever we like, she will accommodate and make sure they give us more value than what we originally wanted to pay, and boy did she come through! She was very professional and informative about all the material and information she presented us with, so I immediately knew we were working with well experienced professionals! I have to find the picture I was sent and I will post it as soon as I do. It stood out sooooo beautifully and they customized a very sentimental banner for her easel and I was almost moved to tears by how beautiful and personalized the flowers turned out. The whole experience was so amazing and their employees are so genuine and they were so kind and caring especially considering the circumstances and how emotional we were due to the loss of such a close friend. Do not take your business elsewhere! Sky floral is by far the best experience I have ever had with ordering funeral flowers (and I have ordered a lot over the years) A++++++ for them! I look forward to ordering again real soon for upcoming birthdays and the holidays!

I recently received an arrangement from Sky Floral. Happens I am actually in the wholesale floral trade, but Sky is not one of my customers. My father passed away and I friend used them to send me flowers, which is always nice to be on the other side. Their arrangement is now over a week old and still doing great. It was a very nice arrangement with lilies and roses. The did a great job and used fresh flowers.

My daughter is newly arrived to the SLC area and is a medical professional who just learned of a significant professional achievement. Upon her notification, she sent me a quick text to let me know. Being the rightfully proud mom that I am, I turned to a popular online source for ordering flowers, as I reside in a different state. I did this within one hour of learning the news. Since it was already approximately 2:30 pm CST where I was, I requested a normal, next day delivery because I assumed it was too late for anything sooner over in Utah. I received another gleeful text from my daughter about 2.5 hours later, letting me know that she’d received flowers from me! I audibly gasped in surprise. I never expected an early delivery - and at no additional cost to me. My daughter’s delight at receiving an arrangement that she said was “beautiful,” only made an outstanding day even better for us both. I am admittedly a little gun-shy when it comes to ordering flowers like this for delivery to someone located somewhere else because I’ve been burned in the past (another city/state altogether) and felt the moment had been lost, as far as commemorating it in the planned manner was concerned. Sky Floral went above and beyond for me and my daughter. I can only highly recommend them without reservation. Thank you, again, Sky Floral!

Paid A LOT of money for my wedding flowers, I sat with the owner for and we picked out what I thought would be the perfect bouquet for my day and ordered extra flowers for my cake. She said to send her multiple pictures to show exactly what shape and style I was looking for which I did and it looked NOTHING like what we agreed on! They forgot to give me the extra flowers for my cake and all the flowers were in horrible condition. I can't believe I paid for something that will be in my photos forever. Absolute trash and such an awful experience. Take your business somewhere else!!

I just posed a review,immediately got a response threatening to get an attorney. These guys really are prideful. Let me be specific on my experience. I went in there and people at the front desk and lady arranging some products kneeling were just simply rude, and literally scoffed at me. (You may not remember because you half way acknowledged me. the reason you don’t recognize my face or name is because I’ve been there once. I went to another business after and they were very helpful, i guess I apologize for publicizing my opinion and experience. I get on here to warn others not to come here maybe husbands looking for flowers for their significant other. I felt defamed as a person so I come on here to defame your business. Good day.

Well first off I just want to say that I had to cool off before writing this review, I placed an order thru 1 stop florist on Thursday to have a Gratitude Garden Basket delivered to my office, I work for the DA's office and a few of us went in to purchase this for a co worker that was leaving, well needless to say the gift never showed up for the good bye lunch so when I didn't have the plant to give to her you could only image what my co workers thought, oh yes that I had pocketed the money, I was very hurt by this statement from them and told them that I would never have done this, I called the next morning to the company and they told me that were going to call them and find out what happen, I was told that it would be here on Friday, well by 2:30 I called again to let them know that I still hadn't received my plant and they had told me that when they called that you again that they were told they hadn't got to it yet, again here is another day without a plant and no calls or anything from you, but finally by 4:15 pm the guy showed up with the plant but there was no Thank you balloon with it, so again the plant was not correct. I just wanted you and anyone who reads these reviews to re think about ordering anything from you, I will never order anything from you in the future. and because of this bad experience I gave back the money to my coworkers because I could live with them thinking that I would have taken their money. Not a Happy Customer at all.

I had ordered a floral arrangement to take to a memorial service through an online service who happened to place the order with Sky Floral. I was extremely unhappy with the arrangement I received to the point that I actually cried. I immediately notified the online service and Sky Floral. To say that Sky Floral went over and above in redeeming themselves is an understatement!!!! I could not be happier with Sky Floral's customer service in response to my disappointment. I unexpectedly received an absolutely gorgeous floral arrangement containing very high quality flowers with a thorough explanation of what happened due to ordering through an online service. DO NOT ever order from these online services, only order locally if you want to receive the best quality and prices without always paying additional high service/delivery fees. I learned my lesson. I HIGHLY recommend ordering from Sky Floral. They truly do care about their customer's satisfaction.

Sky Floral did the flowers for my Son's wedding two days ago, they were beautifully arranged, but they are not lasting and are about 50% wilted today (these came arranged in vases of water and have been in water and inside where it is cool the whole time). The mother's and grandmother's wrist corsage's were falling apart that evening and were not fresh. The bride's bouquet was gorgeous and lasted for the whole evening, but the bride only held it fur ceremony and pictures, not for the reception. Overall they were okay, but not quality.

UPDATE: Sky Floral responded to my old post by sending me beautiful roses and they smell soooo good! Thank you for sending more and for educating us on the online marketers. From now on we will only use local florists! Sky Floral has great customer service and I whole heartily recommend them! OLD POST: My sweetheart ordered me a dozen red roses for Valentines and they lasted 5 days!! They didn't have any kind of smell at all, and I know that some roses have been breed so many times that it no longer holds a smell but not all and so I think these flowers were the cheapest roses that Sky Floral could buy. On top of that, my husband paid extra for them to be delivered on Valentines day but instead they delivered them the day before. It didn't upset me as much as it upset my husband. I know it's a busy time, but READ YOUR ORDERS! I won't use them again.

Great place for wedding flowers! I got a hair piece, Bouttenierres, corsages, and a medium bouquet for my big day and was thrilled with the end product for the price I got! Great prices and great flower arrangments! I would hardcore recommend them to anyone in the area getting married or needing flowers. I asked for a medium size bouquet and I felt like it was a large! I loved it! They executed my vision of what I was asking for wonderfully! I was very impressed and happy with their services, especially since I am not a local here and was looking desperately for the right place with the right price. Quality experience! My wedding pictures turned out that much better with these flowers in them.

We ordered the "Best Wishes Bouquet" and the "Teddy and Balloons" for a friends birthday. I requested a delivery time and for a picture to be texted to me before they sent it out. They didn't text me a picture, however, they did deliver on time (which was almost first thing that morning) and the arrangement was exactly as pictured online (perfect) and the teddy bear and balloons were BETTER (way better) than pictured online. I'm beyond pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend!! I live out of state and ordering online was a breeze! GREAT price too!

Please teach your staff how to handle funeral floral orders. In the last 20 years of ordering flowers for family, friends and work colleagues I have never had a bad experience until my recent call with Sky Floral on 2/26/19. It is standard practice for floral business to ask for the name of the deceased so they can find the pertinent information via an obituary so they can process the order. That was not the case at Sky Floral. Unfortunately, when I called Sky Floral the employee who answered the phone seem annoyed that I would disturb them for an order for a funeral. Never asked for the deceased name. Got annoyed that I mentioned 2 addresses (viewing and funeral) and put me in a position to order the flowers elsewhere. Please train your employees to ask for the name of the deceased like the majority of floral businesses ask. That way all the information is available to process the order for your customers. Hillside Floral went above my expectations after having this miserable experience with Sky Floral. We will be taking our floral business to Hillside and I recommend that those who are reading this review do the same.

I've been very reluctant to send flowers to someone in the past from big online flower companies due to bad experiences with the flowers looking nothing like the photos on the website. I called Sky Floral because of the way Lisa (the owner) responded to a review by a dissatisfied customer. In her response, she accepted responsibility for the mix-up, apologized and then moved on to solutions. If you have ever been in a service business, you know you can't satisfy everyone, every time. Lisa seemed like a real "stand-up" person - the kind of person that I would want to do business with. Now that I've spoken with her and done business with her, I am confident they don't make mistakes very often. She was great - professional, yet personal. I ordered over phone, sight unseen. They were beautiful and delivered within an hour of placing the order (I can't expect that every time). She texted me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. What more could I want? My expectations were well exceeded.

Last week I wanted to send flowers to a friend that was having a rough go of it as of late. Although Sky Floral was Yelp rated #2 in Murray, their website had just the selection I was looking for. Based on my experience I have no idea how they are rated 4 stars on Google Reviews. I ordered the Sunny Sunflowers-PREMIUM arrangement (first pic). I was SO disappointed in their first attempt (second pic)!! It was mostly greens with only 4 sunflowers maybe 4 roses along with a standard boring vase and worth probably 1/5 of what I paid for. Although my friend was pleased with the arrangement, I was beyond disappointed so I immediately call the business. I spoke with Lisa, one of the owners. She was sincere in her apology and we came to a mutually agreed upon remedy. She was going to re-do the order and at my request deliver it the following week. She offered to text me a picture before delivery. Perfect redemption or not.......... Strike Two!!! Lisa texted me a picture of their second attempt of the arrangement I ordered (third pic). It was perfect- if I ordered the STANDARD version ($20 less than PREMIUM). Although I responded to her text within an hour, they had already delivered it. In my text conversation with Lisa, she clearly demonstrated that she was not familiar with the products offered on her website. When I requested a refund of the difference between what I ordered and what was delivered, she was happy to mail me a check?!?!?!? I paid via PayPal so it shouldn't be that difficult to give me a refund. I was shocked to learn that Lisa has a bachelors degree in business management. Sky Floral has clearly demonstrated it is inept and incapable of delivering what is represented on their website. I really try to support small businesses but I recommend you order from a different florist.
