I am so happy with The Plant Peddler! I needed a bouquet for my daughter’s bridal portraits, but I forgot to order one in advance. So I called them one day before the photo session, expecting them to say they couldn’t do it on such short notice, but they said they could do it. And they made her an absolutely stunning bouquet! The designers are great at listening to what I'm looking for and interpreting the intent. They are creative and I've never been disappointed in an arrangement yet! I highly recommend!

Yes, I'm one of those guys who put off buying flowers til the day before Valentines Day. I ordered a half dozen roses in a vase to be delivered to my wife's office located a block away from the florist. Realizing it would be a heavy delivery day, I asked if they'd be delivered by 5:00 P.M. the gentleman I spoke to said unless the weather was nasty it would make it. I was quoted $44 for the flowers and I gave him my card information.The weather was not nasty and I anxiously waited for my wife to say something about her flowers as we went out that evening. After a few hrs I asked if by chance she'd received a delivery at her office . . "No, nothing came today" . . .Rats! I wondered if maybe my credit card info I gave was incorrect? I waited til the next morning and checked my credit card statement. I'd been charged $52 and the flowers showed up the day AFTER Valentines Day. I really do understand it being an extremely busy delivery day . . .but with no inclement weather and only being a block away I'd think that it could have made it. I'm thinking they didn't quote me the delivery charge ( hence the $8 charge) but would have liked to know that when I ordered them. I've been to this establishment before and have always had a good experience, sorry that this time around was a bummer :(

Would give zero stars if possible. Not impressed. Owners were disrespectful and condescending. I am sure they will reply to this that it was not their fault but I must speak my truth. Just hope your order does not go wrong, because it will be your fault.

Placed an order for a friends birthday, the order was delivered late, and they missed half the order. When calling them to see what could be done to fix the issue, they were rude over the phone and said I could come pick up a refund for the part of the order they missed. She didn't offer delivery for the missed items, she didn't offer a discount on another order, she didn't offer to also refund the delivery fee for it being late. . . I have a business, and when I make a mistake, I go above and beyond to make it right. I wouldn't recommend Plant Peddler.

Made it look like I forgot Valentine's Day, even though I ordered them a week before. They never came. Called them the day after, never apologized, said they'd send an upgrade today. If I wanted flowers the day after Valentine's day, I could have got them for half off at the grocery store! If you don't want to look like a fool on love day, shop somewhere else. --Edit Here is a picture of what the site said I'd get, and the "upgrade" I actually got.

My family has been going to this cute little shop for years it by far has the best customer service. The owner and staff treat you like their own family. They have helped us with so many different things from high school dances to planning weddings and birthday surprises. Even in the unfortunate event of loss of loved ones they have been there with us and helped us come up with the best heartfelt arrangements. we have always chosen the plant peddlers floral. I honestly refuse to go anywhere else because you just cant get the same quality anywhere else.

I went to Plant Peddler looking for a specific hard good floral item. The employee who assisted me was the owners daughter. She didn’t think they had it but went in the back to check. She was gone for long enough I began to think she was hiding. The employee returned, sold me the items for a fair price, but gave me a stern, condescending lecture about how I need to preorder and that they wouldn’t sell me more in the future. I asked her about which wholesaler they came from and she retorted with the answer. As a florist myself, I understand how the process works. I was in a bind. Which is the reason why I needed to buy the supplies from another florist. I would help out another florist in need. I just don’t understand the need to be rude about it.

This shop has FAILED to deliver flowers TWICE on the day of Delivery. The first time was a year ago, and again yesterday, the delivery was NOT MADE ON THE SAME DAY! Valentine's day, of course you are gonna be busy pick up two more drivers or be realistic and have a cut off of clients served. I liked the bouquet they made me for my wedding, however it was nothing like I had asked for. I talked with them several times and even gave them a picture of exactly how I wanted it modeled after (it was after a bouquet they had previously done!), but they really missed the mark. I was really surprised and disappointed that it was so far off but it was too late to have them make me a new one.

EDIT: She was still happy so I upped my stars, just rankles me the first thing I did like this for her got kind of ruined. I would suggest you call the purchaser instead of contacting the recipient first. They gave her free chocolates to compensate but she doesn't eat chocolate. Ordered flowers as a surprise, they didn't deliver them and left the recipient a message to call them back (so much for a surprise) then informed her that they have too many deliveries so she should come pick them up at the store. Sooo glad I ordered flower delivery..... Also you might want to coordinate with the purchaser before the recipient. Most the fun is a sudden surprise. Not driving to the store to get flowers the next day.

I order from Plant Peddler often for funerals, new babies, etc. This week, I asked Plant Peddler if they would be able to make a lei for an employee who is moving to Hawaii. I ordered flowers for my bridal pictures and wedding (bouquet and boutonniere) and was beyond pleased with the results. Let it be known, however, that I am NOT picky when it comes to flowers; all I knew when I sat down with the consultant was that I wanted a particular color scheme within a certain budget and no carnations. With those criteria, they created beautiful flower arrangements and I have no complaints with either presentation or flower choice. The staff were so helpful and easy to work with, too. An overall great experience!

Amazing looking flowers and great smelling. We made the order over the phone and were very well taken care of. We've gotten a lot of compliments on how good they smell. I'm adding a little bit more to my post. When we picked up the vase we found out that it was leaking water it had a crack running across the bottom. We messaged their business and they immediately got a repacked and filled it full of another arrangement. I added a updated photo of the second arrangement. I recommend them so much. And a week after we got the flowers we are still smelling their wonderful aroma and they still look fresh and full of life.

I am submitting a review on behalf of my family that likely spent over $100 on a bouquet for my 40th birthday. The bouquet was a very thoughtful surprise, but the Plant Peddler attempted to deliver it on a Saturday evening at 5:30 pm (and I was not home). This wouldn't have been a problem had the store had an option for Sunday pickup (even if their Sunday hours were within a restricted time frame). However, when I went to pick up the bouquet on Monday morning, the flowers were droopy and sad and the "Happy Birthday" mylar balloon was flat and flaccid. The employee said she would "refresh" the bouquet, so she kindly replaced a few of the flowers, but the majority of the flowers were wilted and discolored on the edges. Let me remind you that this was a very large bouquet. Also, she attempted to fill up the balloon, but I walked out the door with a flat balloon. Within a few hours, there was very little helium in the balloon and the balloon was on the floor. If this is typically a problem for this store, I would suggest that orders not be fulfilled on a Saturday afternoon/evening, especially if it is an unexpected surprise for a friend or family member (who is not in a hospital or known location). Given that the store is closed on Sunday, I would suggest that late Saturday afternoon/evening orders be fulfilled on Monday morning. I am only suggesting this because my family spent money on a special surprise, and if I were in the situation, I would want to make sure my money was spent well. In this instance, there is no recourse or quality control check because my family called the order in from a distant location. Therefore, I would not recommend the Plant Peddler unless you are picking up the bouquet personally so you can ensure a quality product.

I am not from Logan so I needed to order flowers online for my sister in law that had twins. They were beautiful and she loved them!! They got them there super fast, I just didn’t know :) That is my only complaint, there was a little confusion because I never got an email saying they were delivered. I called a couple of times to check on the status and the person didn’t know if they had been sent or not, and just told me they should be getting delivered soon. They actually already were, but no one could tell me for sure so I was starting to panic a little as the shop was now closed. But I’d rather that be the case than the other way around :)Definitely would use them again!

So impressed with these guys. So I was thinking about ordering some flowers from them and had a few questions, but it was after they closed, so I emailed them. Becca emailed me back even though it was around 9:30 on Sunday night, answering all my questions (if they delivered and if they could deliver something to my wife's work at the bakery -- they said of course they could no problem) ... then the night before Valentines Day, undoubtedly their most busy day of the year, I emailed them with a problem; my wife had made a Dr. appt and would be gone after 9:30 am... instead of 2pm. It may have been my email or it may have been because I ordered early, but they actually delivered them before she left! First thing in the morning. I'm really happy with my service with these guys, our flowers look GREAT too!

Edit: Becca got in contact with me and sent me a replacement bouquet that was beautiful. Thank you to the crew for jumping on board to make this right! My boyfriend ordered me some flowers online from here and paid extra to have them delivered that day to me at my work. They were never delivered, and when he called to check up on them they said that they had been delivered and signed for. He said I had never gotten them so they said they would find out what happened and give him a call right back, which they never did. He called again later that evening and they said that not only had they not been signed for, they had also not been delivered because the “recipient wasn’t there”. When delivered, (3 days after they were supposed to be) the note that was attached to the flowers was completely hidden and a post it note saying “before 12” was left on it. It was after 12 and I thought it was very unprofessional to leave a post it note on the bouquet. At least the flowers were pretty. Do not order from here unless you have a lot of extra time to babysit them to make sure your order gets through and absolutely do not pay for same day arrival.
