Do not go to this florist. I ordered flowers from Illinois for a funeral. Flew to Utah to attend the funeral and was totally appalled at what this Florist had the nerve to send for a $100. I understand that telefloral takes a cut but still these were horrible. I took pictures and took back to my florist in Illinois to show them what they sent and they could not believe what they sent looked like a basket of weeds! Their comment was " we filled to value"

Mistakes happen but a business is tested on how they handle mistakes and rarely do what makes the situation right, in the best way possible. My friend and I ordered a plant for a mutual friend's mother's funeral. The family didnt get the plant, or something happened, so the result was that the plant didnt make it to the visitation or funeral. I called Orem Floral who had documented that the plan was delivered; instead of offfering a lot of excuses, or giving me a refund, they offered to send my friend flowers on the month anniversary of her mom's death. "What matters to us is that your friend gets the sentiment that was sent with the plant you ordered, not what happened to the plant we delivered". Rare attitude and if I lived locally, I would use this shop as much as I could!

So my fiance had a bad week, but with her hectic schedule, I was unable to plan for a florist delivery. As luck would have it, I was able to pin point a get together but only had ta few hours to find a florist who could make the delivery. I called Orem Floral and they were able to customize a bouquet to my love's liking and get it delivered within the hour, on a Saturday. Because of Orem Floral, I was able to turn a bad week into something very special from 1300 miles away.

I've sent many, many flowers throughout my lifetime, and usually I go through Telefloral or FTD or one of these larger companies. Having some very mixed results has turned me to trying to go directly through local stores close to my loved ones. I've tried it a few times, but this one was the first where I was completely blown away. Orem Floral & Gift made the arrangement I picked bigger and more beautiful than than the picture by far! And they were way less expensive! These guys really outdid themselves. I won't go through anyone else in this area of Utah again. (Feb 2017) Edit: I just used them again this year (delivery on 2/10/18) and once again they completely outdid themselves. The arrangement was bigger and prettier than I expected, and the delivery was very timely. Thanks guys!

My order was for cotton candy bouquet & 1 Happy birthday Mylar balloon totally USD 56. I ordered it for my sister birthday on April 22, 2015 and my comments are the same with Romina and Sam. The real bouquet delivered to my sister was totally different from the picture on their website and no balloon too. I paid USD 4.99 for that 1 balloon. However, my sister told me that on the next day Orem & Floral called my sister and informed her that they will replace the bouquet precisely with the one that I ordered. My sister told me that the owner or maybe the manager delivered it himself. I admire their responsibility and action to show that they mean it to deliver our satisfaction when we placed an order with them. Thank you!!!

My daughter had a very specific bouquet in mind for her wedding. These ladies took a look at her Pinterest picture and duplicated that bouquet exquisitely. Additionally, when I wasn't pleased with one of the other flowers, they replaced it on the spot. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and again and again.

I called around to many other floral stores in the area until I called Orem Floral. They were the ONLY ones that were actually willing to look for the exact flower I needed and call around until they were able to find it for me. I really appreciated them bending over backwards for me even though I only wanted to buy 3 small flowers, they treated me like I was an important customer. I will always come back to them from now on if I ever need flowers! So friendly and helpful!

I'm always nervous ordering flowers online, particularly when I'm ordering from a different city so the florist knows I'll probably never see the finished item. I ordered flowers from Orem Floral for a relative's funeral that look place in Orem. My relatives were very touched and impressed by the lovely flowers Orem Floral delivered so they sent me a picture. I was happy to see that the flowers delivered look even nicer than the sample shown on the website. The colors and design were the same as shown online and the flowers all seemed to be very fresh. Delivery ($8) was fast and timely and Orem Floral's online system for ordering (through Teleflora) was fast and easy to use. Thanks, Orem Floral, for helping to make a sad occasion a little brighter for my family.

My suggestion is if you can you use a different florist please do so your experience will be much better satisfied by another company. I was not at all satisfied with my Valentine's day purchase as I wish to pick it up and was told that I could pick it up after 3 therefore limiting options if I did not like the product that I was receiving, the product I received was nowhere even close to the representation made by Orem floral web site. Upon calling and talking with them about my concerns of the arrangement being rather minimal and not being represented accurately I was placed on speakerphone so that other customers in the store could give me their one-sided remarks and belittle me over the phone as to that I was being silly and stupid and I didn't know what I was talking about as far as flowers go extremely unprofessional I will never allow myself to be placed in that particular meant by this company again.

I received my yearly birthday birthday bouquet from my partner. As usual, the arrangement and flowers were spectacular. After checking out all the unusual flowers in the bouquet I noticed some orchids that didn't look like they would last. I called the flower shop to let them know. Within the hour a new bouquet was delivered to me. This is how they do business here. And that is why I keep coming back to Orem Floral and recommend them to everyone.

I teach at a school for adults with autism spectrum disorders, and we needed flowers at the last minute to congratulate the actors in our school's semi-annual drama production. We're a non-profit school that admits students regardless of ability to pay, and our funds were very limited. I called several places, but they were extremely expensive. Orem Floral was not only willing to work with our budget, but they even donated a bunch of extras so we could give individually wrapped roses to each of our actors and directors!!! The flowers were fresh cut, BEAUTIFUL, smelled and looked PERFECT, and ready on time. We will definitely be using them for all our needs, and were deeply touched by their personalized care and customer service--not just the quality of their product.

Got my wedding bouquet arranged from Orem Floral. I went to pick up exactly at the time arranged previously(over a couple of weeks before). With a surprised look on her face, the florist asked me.. "Oh was it today!?"... The florist forgot about my bouquet. I did not order anything impossible. Just a regular white rose bouquet...They ended up delivering the bouquet all the way to Payson, but I had to find someone to receive the flower outside of the temple during my wedding ceremony in last minute. Maybe if it was not for my own wedding, I would have not been stressed out and bitter about it this much. The bouquet was okay. They also gave me some greens that I previously ordered for free. However, there is a slight feeling of regret that I should have gone to a different places I have consulted with. The only reason I picked Orem Floral over the other places was because it was the closest one to my house. I think it would be good for like small flower gifts you pick up on your way home, but not for the wedding.

I know today is a very busy day for all floral shops, but if I would have know they were going to take the entire day to be delivered I would of had them delivered yesterday or held in the store for me to pick them up this morning. The lady even took a note on my order preferred to have them delivered morning time. The girl I just spoke to on the phone couldn't even tell me where they were at or an estimate of when they would be delivered other than by 6pm. I would gladly go meet the delivery truck and pick them up, but again no help from the lady I spoke to on the phone. Thanks for helping make this day a special day for my wife. I gave you 2 stars because I'm sure the flowers will be beautiful, but the customer service and communication sucked!!

I was in dire need of flowers quickly on Mother's Day weekend for my sisters wedding and they took such good care of me even though they were so busy. A very good friend of mind lost her mother recently and I ordered a garden basket through the funeral home and Orem Floral filled the order. Orem Floral has record of the delivery, but my friend never received it. The funeral home did nothing when I brought this to their attention. they didn't even call me back. However, Orem Floral was willing to give another arrangement to my friend for free, completely eating the cost. I can't say enough good about the owner. I am not sure who wrote good reviews about this place, but I have to say they are all lies. I paid almost $90 dollars for a beautiful, classy, and simple arrangement. Instead I got an uneven arrangement, with less and cheaper flowers. I don't mind paying a high amount of money for a beautiful arrangement but if you are going to do a crappy job then close your shop, we don't need more mediocre businesses out there. I hope one day you go out of business for not taking care of your clients.
