Very disappointed with the arrangement they made. The container we selected was 18 “ high and they told us they didn’t have it but had a similar one that flared at the top. What they delivered was only about 6” tall and looked like a jungle stuffed in it. Didn’t look anything like the picture shown on their web site. I won’t order from them again.

I purchased flowers through FTD and they were created and delivered by Lund FLoral. The delivery driver was a 10+. Very friendly and courteous. I took note at the time of delivery that the flowers didn't quite match what I had ordered but I couldn't quite place what was different. The next morning I looked at the bouquet on FTD and it hit me. The flowers delivered had a sadness to them. They would have been perfect for a bereavement bouquet but I was wanting the bouquet to symbolize happiness and the future like the one pictured on line. I completely understand the need to substitute like flowers when the ones listed are not available, but the bouquet ordered had several white and vibrant pink carnations in it. The bouquet delivered had 2 white lilies, a long with a bunch of very dark flowers. The one online had 15 carnations, the one delivered had 3 dark purple carnations. I spoke with FTD about the overall 'feeling' I was going for with the bouquet and what the feeling presented was, not to mention that bouquet was heavy on one side and light on the other with flowers. No balance to the bouquet. We came up with the solution that I would take them into Lund Floral and they would add some pink rose sprays to cheer the bouquet up. I was happy with the solution. That is until I reached Lund Floral. I was not given a friendly greeting. I told them about talking with FTD and was questioned as to when I had done this. Then a blonde girl said she had spoken with them and to just add the flowers (she spoke with the other worker there and not to me). The only words after I spoke with them initially about FTD was "will this work now?". I had the overall impression that they did not want to help me, were not in the least bit sorry I was not happy with the bouquet and that they were a bit put out by the fact that I was asking for it to be what I wanted. I took the bouquet and left. There was no good bye, thank you, sorry, have a nice day. They just handed me the flowers and that was that. I will not purchase another flower from Lund again, if this is what they call customer service. An apology or empathy of any kind would have made the whole experience better, but I guess that was to much to ask for or expect.

The arrangement Lunds did for my aunt's funeral was even lovelier than the picture. I chose them because we share a last name, but are not related! They are true designers. Thank you, Lund Floral.

Ideal & Unique My husband and I got married at Snowbasin on 9/26/2018. We spent 2 years planning to allowed us time to create our own style for the wedding and Lund Floral did a FANTASTIC job creating a very unique bridal bouquet! My husband and I both love The Nightmare Before Christmas and were going for a ‘Mountain/woodsy/Nightmare before Christmas’ style. When it came time to find a bouquet I spent hours online searching through 1000s of pictures, spoke with 6 florists over the phone/email and visited 3 in person. Everyone was telling me that the style I wanted was not possible. Fortunately my (now) mother-in-law suggested I visit Lund Floral. It took them less than 10 minutes to understand what I was looking for and they ended up created something even better than I expected. Thank you LUND FLORAL!!!

I called on Thursday morning for an order of flowers for a funeral on Saturday. They were very helpful with me and keeping me within my budget. When I arrived to pick them up they were ready and waiting for me. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful!!! The family of the deceased just raved about the beautiful flowers. First class. I ordered flowers from Lund’s website, as I live in Minnesota and like to use local florists when I send flowers. Lund’s was amazing. Heidi called me to let me know they didn’t have the orange Gerbera daisies from the photo in stock, and substituted orange lilies instead. They were very helpful and accommodating to my request that the color scheme of the design not be changed. When my sister received them, she sent a photo. They are FANTASTIC! As a floral shop owner myself, I know that sometimes florists run out of certain flowers, orders from suppliers get messed up, and there is nothing you can do to control those things. I’m grateful that the flowers substituted were amazing, and I know they cost more than what was pictured. The next time I need to send flowers in Ogden, I guarantee I’ll be using Lund’s. My boyfriend ordered me a beautiful bouquet for Valentine's Day and what was delivered was NOT what was on Lund Floral's website. Lund Floral claims that this is the exact same except for the purple hydrangeas. This is NOT what is advertised on their website. The vase isn't the same, there are not near as many roses, carnations substituted in, etc. My boyfriend was appalled to see I CLEARLY did NOT get what he paid for. His sister called Lund Floral and the manager refused to get on the phone! They blamed it on the farmer delivering the wrong color of flowers, but that is not my fault, and the manager made an "executive decision" to substitute flowers even when my boyfriend MARKED ON THEIR WEBSITE that he did not want substitutes! He paid in January to avoid this very issue. This is a company that we will never use again, after many years of using them for dances, special occasions, holidays, even my grandma's funeral. They have beautiful flowers on their website but they cannot guarantee the same products and completely disregard the customer substitution box. We had to fight tooth and nail for a refund, they wouldn't even mark them down. Just barely got the refund yesterday. Manager Erin loves to fight and refuses to take the blame for HER actions. Refused to admit she did anything wrong. She wanted to pick up my bouquet from my work and replace it with something different, but it still would not be what my boyfriend paid for! How embarrassing would that be to have your bouquet taken back on Valentine's Day. Long story short, stay away from these folks. We will use Jimmy's Floral in the future.
