My boyfriend, who lives out of town, ordered me flowers, and they weren’t delivered. When he realized that I didn’t have them, but that there was a delivery notification, he called and was told they were delivered. They weren’t delivered. Someone from the company called and told me that they put them on the doorstep, but that they were “tucked away”. However, we have video surveillance of the porch and would have been notified of anyone stepping foot near our doorstep. When I explained this, they said that maybe it was the wrong doorstep. She said we live in an area where delivery problems are common (not at all the case, we’ve never had that problem) and said “if you don’t see them then we can bring more flowers but only free of delivery, or you can go around the neighborhood and ask your neighbors if they have them” I explained that we were about to leave for the evening and that I don’t have time to ask each of my neighbors (which is a ridiculous thing to even expect me to do) and she said the person that actually delivered the flowers would call back in 5 min. I decided to start looking around, and after about 10 minutes, one of the neighbors we asked said he had seen some flowers on a doorstep earlier while he was walking his dog. He lead us to the house, which was three blocks away from our house in an entirely different neighborhood. A neighborhood that I never would have thought to look in. And they were not tucked away like they woman suggested, they were in plain sight in the center of the doormat, we would have noticed them if it were the right house. In the meantime, the lady from the flower shop called back, 15 minutes later than she said she would, and left a voicemail (Not knowing that the flowers had been found) that said becuause they had permission to leave them at the doorstep, there’s nothing they can do as far as replacing them. Which makes sense if they HAD THE RIGHT DOORSTEP! It wasn’t even close to the right house (all they had to do was look at the street name). It isn’t our fault that they didn’t put it at the right house and we shouldn’t have had to track down flowers that were paid for and were supposed to be delivered! I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of apology, the lack of willingness to send new flowers when they were lost, and the fact that they wouldn’t even take responsibility for not delivering the flowers correctly, made this an awful experience. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. The customer service was beyond horrible.

I personally really enjoy this flower shop! I feel that the quality of the service and product are worth every penny. Sometimes I think people forget that florists are working with live plants. I can't imagine a better place than this!

Just Because made the flowers for my Grandma's funeral a week ago. They were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen at a funeral. My Grandma always noticed and commented on the flowers at funerals...it was something she considered very important. I'm sure she would have Loved these!! Several people at the funeral commented on the beauty of the flowers. Thank you Just Because-for helping make a hard day a little bit brighter.

We use Just Because every time an employee has a birthday or when we need a sympathy arrangement. They do a fantastic job! The quality and design are always exceptional. We ordered the "Pooch" arrangement for a congratulations on a grand opening for another local pet business. It was adorable and it lasted weeks! Plus-they deliver! Definitely recommend.

If you want a happy marriage- Join the Flower of the month Club! I can't say thank you enough for making my wife so happy! The difference in quality from what I can pick up at the grocery store is huge! And last time I was there I grabbed some bath bombs to go with the flowers. The wifey loved them! Oh- and they will deliver for a small fee. I'm a happy customer.

Quality and value have really changed for the worse under new ownership. It's a shame because they had always provided such better service and quality than the other local florists. We have been long term regular customers with at least monthly business. We started to notice the decreased quality and value, but hoped that it was temporary. After months of poor quality I finally called to cancel our monthly subscription. I was informed that under new ownership they had realized they needed to charge more for the same products. I informed them that as a loyal customer tamhat may have been fine if anyone had ever discussed with us as it was happening the change in service. I was promised a return phone call which never happened. The final straw was receiving flowers that were dying the same day that I received them. That's when I called and asked for some remedy to be made and was promised the return phone call. The manager did admit that the flowers shouldn't have been packaged that way. All I got in return was the usual charge to my credit card.
