Jeremy's is a flower shop and they deliver your order right on time if they say it will be there at 2:30 it gets there at 2:30 and if they're going to be late I have the decency to call you and tell you that I running behind and then on your next order they give you 20% off and I usually give my 20% off to people at the mortuary so they can offer it to their clients that need flowers and could use the 20% off so really great company landmark in Ogden Utah.

Worst Service Ever!!! My daughter bought a monthly flower card through her High School. She went there last month, on the last month, and the older lady working the counter YELLED at my daughter for coming on the last day. My daughter apologized, and then the woman THREW THE FLOWERS ON THE COUNTER ! This woman should not be working retail! My daughter was mortified! I will never go to this store again and I am telling everyone I know to do the same!

Phew... These guys are expensive, but, man, do they make a mean arrangement! I've gone in here several times to get a small bunch of flowers or just one rose, etc., for my wife, mom, etc. If you pay a few bucks more, they'll ”arrange/wrap" it for you, and I must say, they can make even just 1 rose look like it's worth $1 million. I'm a guy, so I tell them it's for my wife/mom and they do the rest!!!

It's not quite the nice place that used to be any more I think that the staff is kind of offish. They don't recognize you when you come in or they see you but they don't say can I help you excetera excetera the older staff that used to be there they were much more nicer to do business with. Customer service is just not what it used to be

This is the first review I have ever written, I just had to write one. I have never been so happy with a florist before! What a wonderful team they have there working for them! Exceptional customer service! They were so patient and helpful and I couldn't have made the birthday surprise possible without them. I called and didn't know the exact address for delivery and they were so understanding and googled it for me and I must been such a pain, but they never made me once feel like it. I called for a same day delivery, such short notice, and they even stopped the driver so that I could change the message on my card last minute! The gift basket was beautiful and it got there just in time. I am truly so grateful and would absolutely recommend them! Thank you for everything Jimmy's! You made a critical situation that seemed impossible, possible. :)

Have revived great flower arrangements from them and just discovered something amazing they offer. Custom strands of c7 of c9 led or incandescent bulbs .39 cents a foot and.29 a bulb you can buy a big of bulbs for 6.50 though which is an even better deal

I have used Jimmy's Flowers on several occasions their flowers are gorgeous and to me typically worth investing a little more money in. Now the reason for the 3 star review is I had a terrible experience on Saturday and they didn't try to offer me a discount or anything to make it right just apologized. I placed an order for a corsage with Marissa over a week in advance. I showed her pictures of one I saw at Flower Patch I loved and would match perfect for my son's dates dress. I told her I would prefer using Jimmy's if they're able to accommodate what I wanted. She told me no problem they could easily make it with the blue orchids I requested. So Saturday I go to pick up the order and they can't find it. Finally after 10 minutes of investigating what happened the lady working tells me "I'm so sorry we couldn't get the blue orchids in so we didn't make you a corsage." So instead of calling me and telling me you couldn't do it so I could make a choice of checking another flower shop or you giving me idea's on what you could do they decided to just not make me anything or communicate with me.....honestly this was a huge ball drop. Here we are on the day of the dance and they had nothing made. They did make me a beautiful corsage (it worked but didn't match the dress very well). After this experience and how upset my son was I don't know if I'll return or find another flower shop. I walked out of there with a more expensive corsage $27 after taxes (flower patch's was $21 before taxes) and not even what I had ordered. Not a great start to my son's first high school dance.

I would not recommend ordering flowers from this company. After ordering flowers online in advance, I received a phone call the morning of my scheduled delivery. I asked for the flowers to be delivered between 9-10am. I received a phone call at 8:55am by a female employee telling me that they would not be able to deliver the flowers by my requested times and that the earliest they could deliver them was 12:00pm. The female I spoke to had zero customer service skills and was very rude. She was not willing to work out a solution and was quick to tell me that I should just cancel my order of that delivery time did not work for me. I have never experienced a company that would rather cancel an order instead of working out a solution. If you need flowers delivered to you, I would stay away from this place in order to avoid the disappointment that I experienced.

Not happy with Jimmys. I ordered my wife a Valentine's Day arrangement 2 weeks before Valentines and requested an early delivery. The flowers arrived at her work at 2 pm. Not negative review worthy but the arrangement was. I guess they were running low on red roses because they filled the arrangement with red carnations. Carnations were not shown in the arrangement photos. I paid $130 to Jimmys for a poor late Valentine arrangement with red carnations and 6 weak roses. It looks like a $50 arrangement. Never shopping at Jimmys again! I Wish I could leave a zero star rating.

You never realize you need flowers until the unexpected happens to you... This happened to me... I was so overwhelmed with all I had to do. I was already shook up over my Dads death and What? I have to order flowers? The staff at Jimmys sat down with me in a room away from everybody else in the store and took the time with me and explained to me what I needed. I could tell they felt for me and understood what I was going through. They helped me with ideas and we put some of my Dads favorite things and incorporated them with the flowers to show what my Dad loved and what most people remembered about him. They had beautiful pictures of what they design in their shop and showed me all of the fresh flowers they were going to use right then. I couldn't believe it! I didn't realize how many flowers they have until they showed me. They were so nice and helpful. At my Fathers service I could tell what came from them.You can tell their work. I was so pleased with how everything looked and felt so good and proud that it all looked fresh, and really big and full looking for my Dad and the people who came to say goodbye... Thank you Jimmys for all your hard work in all you do. It shows believe me. I'll never go anywhere else.

They have an awesome deal on bouquets. You can pick up a coupon card for 1 a month for 12 months. It's a unique commitment if your lady is always complaing about how you don't bring her flowers. The bouquet is worth it.

I've ordered from Jimmy's Flowers for years. I've always been happy with their quality and customer service. However, their web site is perhaps the worst web site I've ever tried to use. It took me hours to place 5 simple orders today. The site is plagued with problems like these: 1- it remembers my billing address, credit card info. I can see them when I go into my account info page. However, they are NEVER available to me when I am submitting an order. 2- it has an address book feature that allows me to save my common recipients. This would be a great feature if it worked. It doesn't. I am forced to enter the recipient's information from scratch every time. This is frustrating when I'm frequently sending flowers to the same small list of people. 3- the web site crashed every time I submitted an order (5 times today). However, when I go back in to their site, I can go into my orders and still see them there. So, the transaction completes, but I can never tell at the time of submitting whether the order went or not. Right now I have no idea if they charged me or if they will be sending the flowers. I'd email them to ask, but... 4- there is no email address anywhere on their web site to contact them. The order confirmation emails come from a "do not reply" address. In the text of the order confirmation email it says to "email them at " but there is no email address. I spent three hours trying to place orders through their site while aboard an airplane (in other words, I couldn't call them for help and needed an email address). If this were just a short-term problem then I wouldn't think twice out it. But, I have been purchasing flowers from Jimmy's for years and the site has never been improved. It's the same sad experience every time. Sadly, I've reached my limit. Despite their quality work and great employees, I've spent my last dollar and my last hour trying to give them my money.

I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement and it turned out BEAUTIFULLY. The arrangement was bright and very full. I ordered an arrangement from a different florist in a different city for my mother in law for the exact same price and it was way smaller, not as many flowers and design didn’t even compare to Jimmy’s. Had a great experience today at the Ogden location. I procrastinated and expected to get the bottom of the barrel but I was wrong. Of course they were busy but the redheaded girl that helped me was very friendly and knowledgable. She helped me find a great bouquet for my wife and my wife absolutely loves it. My neighbor also ordered through Jimmys and had flowers delivered to his wife and he said that his experience was also positive and the girl that delivered them was great. I am amazed at how quickly they serviced all of the people that were there this morning, on Valentine's Day. Probably the busiest day of the year for a flower shop, and yet they were very well staffed, and handled all of the customers quickly and courteously. I ordered ahead, but needed a change to my order, and not only did they figure it out, but they made my order even better than I had imagined. I've used them for years, and highly recommend their business.

My best friend in the world just had her second baby after 11 years since her oldest was born. So y’all about a blessing and super scary time for her! It’s all new again! I live about a thousand miles away now, unfortunately! I wasn’t able to make it for the delivery, and I was immediately referred to this specific location, the hospital gift shop at McKay said they are the best if the best!! I HANDS DOWN AGREE!! I called them and the gal, Melissa And Alyssa, was SO nice and helpful, she was friendly and had great ideas! She was even talking to another lady(turned out to be Alyssa) there and they were throwing out ideas and products that weren’t yet online!! I love that! THEN, as if they hadn’t been nice enough, she offered to text me a picture (AND SHE DID) so that my friend wouldn’t need to be bothered sending me a picture!! Because of course I wanna see the final arrangement! Well, they nailed it!! The arrangement is BE-UTAH-FUL! Seriously a stunning arrangement of flowers, and the balloon was an awesome much needed touch! Thank you very much! I truly appreciate it. I always say, being treated well is worth all the money in the world. It’s nice to know they care about their customers and that they are just flat out good human beings!! WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I have never written a review online but I'm so upset I think people should know about this flower shops horrible service. I called at 10 AM on a Tuesday morning to schedule a delivery. I was told they would be delivered between noon and 1. My wife gets off work at 2, so I stressed to the lady how important it was that they are delivered on time and she said no problem "I'll even write a note to make sure they hurry". Well it gets to 1:45 and no delivery so I called to make sure the flowers are delivered before 2. Another lady on the phone tells me "they are working on your arrangement right now, it will be delivered between 2:30 and 5." So this ruins a good part of the day I had planned and I try to tell her I'm a bit upset because I was told they would be delivered before 1 and for some reason she gets some kind of amusement out of this like I'm lying to her and she basically says "well I don't know why you would have ever been told that because you ordered to late. It is what it is." How am I supposed to know I ordered late? I called and ordered flowers and was told they would be there at a certain time and they aren't and you don't seem to care even the slightest or even offer a simple apology. I asked for a refund and she basically just said ok, then laughed and hung up on me.

I received a lot of comments on how beautiful my the bouquet was and even got comments from random strangers at the temple. I highly recommend Jimmy's Flowers in Ogden. The pricing was great and was cheaper than other flower places I checked. I loved, loved, loved the flowers and would buy from Jimmy's Flowers again. They did an amazing job.

I discovered Jimmy s in the mid 1990's. From fresh arrangements, to home decor, to our son's wedding flowers, in my opinion they are fabulous! We moved to North Idaho in 2002 & Jimmy s did the decorating for me. I continually receive compliments from guests visiting my home, and still use Jimmy's for all my decorating needs. The wedding flowers were stunning with guests proclaiming that they had never seen such artistry. Their fresh arrangements have never disappointed me nor has their helpful staff. Jimmy s is the BEST!

I was put in charge of ordering some flowers to give the women at church on Mothers' Day. I'm a guy what do I know about flowers? The friendly staff gave me several options (enough that there was a choice, not enough to overwhelm me) and we made a decision on some roses. They let me know about some special offers and I was more than happy with the choice, and the price.,. They called to confirm my order as Mother's Day got closer, and when they noticed that I actually live closer to their Layton store, they called me to see where I wanted to pick up the flowers. Long story short, when I got the flowers I was IMPRESSED. Much more than i expected for the price (which was very reasonable). The ladies were all pleased that we had thought of them, and people asked for the extras to take to family members. Jimmy's Flower Shop, Ogden, makes it easy to take care of flowers...even for clueless guys. THANKS!

I do all of my flower shopping here. These guys are awesome. With that said I got home today and saw what was delivered to my wife and was really disappointed. The balloon was basically flat and barely floating. The flowers weren't what I had ordered which I am okay with even though I placed my order weeks in advance to avoid that. The flowers I did get were wilting and messed up. I have never seen this type of poor quality from Jimmy's. I could have saved over 100 bucks and just went to the grocery store. I feel like they just have me what was left over. I trusted this very well known company to deliver a high quality product. Money isn't the issue if it was I wouldn't have went there in the first place. The whole rain I chose Jimmy's is because of how great these guys are! But toady they fell short. I hate even saying this about these guys but it is what it is....

I do not understand the horrible reviews this terrific shop is getting....This is simply not the flower shop I know! I've never had a problem with the shop that could not be taken care of. Absolutely terrible, for my wedding day nonetheless. First they lost my order and we had to go replace and reorder, while it was all paid for in advance mind you. I sent pictures of how I wanted the flowers to look on my cake, it looked nothing like the picture. The bouquets for my bridesmaids were way too small when I took bridals I asked them to make me a bridesmaid bouquet and it looked fine but on the wedding day I think all together there were three flowers in there and my bouquet was a bridesmaid bouquet. I sent her pictures of how I wanted the bouquet to look and again nothing like the picture. Terrible service she didn't seem to care about how upset we were with the results. I'm just glad it's all over and I don't have to deal with them anymore.

My fiance has gotten me a few bouquets from Jimmy's and they've all been STUNNING. I am not even the type of girl who would like "flowers" because I always think "They have no fragrance and they'll just die in two days anyway." I wish there was a way to authenticate this, but without actually being in my house, you'll never know: THEY ALWAYS SMELL AMAZING.... Like amazing, amazing. Even the carnations smell heavenly. The roses smell decadent and the lilies smell so soft and sweet. And they last for days and days. If you are considering a florist, really and truly this is the place to go. (Oh also, the chocolates are super yummy... but those flowers tho!!
