I am INSANELY HAPPY with Foxglove Flowers in Provo. I can't imagine going to any other floral shop. They did the flowers for my sister-in-law's funeral and they were GORGEOUS. I stopped by this morning hoping they'd have time to make an arrangement for a birthday party this afternoon, and I left with the most beautiful arrangement I could have imagined! Their flower selection and their artistic style is just top notch. Jane was very accommodating and added some extra flowers that she didn't charge me for--just to make the most beautiful arrangement possible.

Very patient and kind people. No small business is without its flaws or quirks, but these guys are very reasonable and friendly. They did flowers for my wedding and after the initial consultation and getting everything squared away, they showed up, did their job, they didn't pester or get in anyone's way and the place looked great. I don't know how anybody would rate Foxglove anything less than 5 stars. As a guy, I know nothing about flowers. I was able to find Foxglove online with pretty good reviews and decided to email them with a bunch of questions. They were AWESOME about answering my questions and telling me pricing and exactly what to expect. The best part is that they always responded to my emails within 10 minutes. Keep in mind I had yet to purchase anything. I decided to go with one of their flower packages for my girlfriends birthday and had it delivered. My girlfriend was BLOWN AWAY with how gorgeous the arrangement was and told me it was the best one she has ever received in her entire life.Thanks Foxglove for making me look great! I will be a customer for life and I will make sure to refer everyone to them!

Went into the store and the receptionist was on the phone so I thought I'd look around the store until she was off....I was surprised by the fact that there were two other employees other than the receptionist (florists maybe) and they saw me yet didn't come ask if I needed help. The receptionist was on the call for a good 10mins and not a single worker approached me and I was literally the only customer in the store. Finally, when the receptionist was off I asked her if I could talk to someone about bouquets...she told me they only do the consult requests online

I've got to be honest, this place is rad. My wife and I live right on the other side of pioneer park from Foxglove and we go in just about every week for fresh flowers. We literally added a category to our budget for flowers because of this place. They do a darn good job and have different, unique plants every time we go in. Another cool thing: the decor. It seems like every time we go in there is a new impressive change to the store. The last time my wife and I went in we spent about 30 minutes on our way out talking to them about cheap interior design ideas. Bottom line: the couple that owns this store are friendly, their flowers are one-of-a-kind, the gifts creative and awesome, and the design of this place is inspiring. I recognize this review is over the top, but look, this place deserves local business. They do their thing right. ps. We have no affiliation with the owners. Just stoked on what they do.

Foxglove did the flowers for our wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous!!!! They provided all of our bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, flower crowns, flower girl petals, corsages, bud vases, garlands, and accent flowers for our wedding lunch and our reception. We worked with Jane Krantz, who was absolutely phenomenal. During our initial appointment with Jane, she discussed my vision at length and asked all kinds of questions I hadn’t thought of. She showed me the examples of the flowers they would use that fit with our colors and we were able to have a say in which flowers were used in which arrangements, although I left most of it up to Jane because she has incredible creative vision. Jane was extremely professional and kept in contact with me for questions/information leading up to the day of our bridals and the wedding day. All of the flowers were delivered on time and in perfect condition. They are REALLY high quality flowers, too-my bridal bouquet lasted for almost two weeks after it was made! I got so many compliments on the beautiful flowers all around the wedding and everyone who was wearing or carrying flowers loved them. I highly recommend Jane and Foxglove to anyone who might need flowers for any event! Our wedding was in Salt Lake City and it was no problem at all that our florist was in Orem. What an amazing and charming store on Center Street in Provo. Their flowers are beautiful and last a long time. I needed an arrangement done in a hurry, I left them a message on a Sunday night and they got me a BEAUTIFUL arrangement, so unique and so whimsical, and got it delivered to the girl I needed it delivered to by noon that next morning. It was an epic bouquet and won me huge points with the girl. I recommend them to anyone who wants an incredible arrangement of flowers that will stand out from your run of the mill proflowers or teleflora arrangement. Beyond flowers they also have a unique and hipster style gifts and cards. Their cards in particular were perfect and just what I was looking for. I ended up getting one of their stuffed gifts for the girl as well. And a balloon that was a cube rather than the typical sphere or circle. I should also point out that their employees are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are kind and interested and put a personal touch on everything they put together. I highly recommend. Oh, and they have a really cool dog too... :)

I had a great experience at this place. I walked in knowing nothing about what I wanted, but after giving the florist a short description of the situation and the intended recipient, she had great ideas about what to do. (Her name is Katie and she should get a raise.) She was also very sensitive about my budget, and she actually stayed past closing time to make sure my bouquet was just right! She made something beautiful and unique for my small, college student budget. She even gave me a discount—and not only that, but she didn't even tell me until I asked about it! Most stores are very eager to let you know exactly how much money you saved, but she was doing it because she actually cared. The only downside I could see about this place is that it was pretty small, and didn't have the overwhelmingly large selection you might find at a larger, more expensive store. But! That didn't affect my experience at all. Long story short: my florist had a great personality, great creative skills and excellent customer service. If I need flowers again I'll be coming back.

This is one of the cutest stores ever!! I absolutely LOVE their plants, stationary, and other cute little things they have there! I've never actually ordered a flower arrangement from them, but the flowers are basically all over (love) which totally reminds me of the flower shops in Paris. They all look really high quality and the place just has a really good vibe. If you're a plant lover, or just a lover of cute things, then definitely stop by. I go basically every time I'm in downtown Provo.

My experience with Foxglove Floral was just okay. I was very excited when I found them because their website had unique and beautiful floral arrangements and that is exactly what I wanted for my wedding. But that is not what I got. It took a while to even get a consultation with them (they didn't call me back like they said they would). Once I sat down with Miriam things seemed to be going well. I showed her example pictures (and emailed them as requested) and she took some notes. She told me, "Yeah I can make that exact bouquet no problem. I did one just like it not too long ago." I ended up with only a vague resemblance of what we had talked about. I don't know who makes the beautiful arrangements on their website and Instagram accounts but it certainly was not the person who arranged my wedding bouquet.

Amazing floral arrangements! My wife loves them every time. Also the customer service is outstanding! One of the delivery guys called me because I wasn't home at the time of delivery and he ended up going into my house for me and leaving them on the counter. Really impressed with this place. Beautiful, unique floral arrangements. Helpful tip: tell them how much you want to spend, and they’ll arrange something within that budget. They’re also really kind and accommodating and will switch flowers out til you get what you like! For one bouquet, we wanted more corals and reds than greenery and they did a beautiful job. The flowers always come beautifully wrapped in brown paper and a ribbon.

An absolutely beautiful experience. I used to visit Flower Basket back in the day, but I think that this reincarnation is a significant and positive improvement. They have great gifts from sweet to quirky. The staff was helpful and informative but still gave us space to explore and enjoy the shop. If you crave something unique, and photo-worthy, Foxglove is it. Best of all, the staff is very friendly, and really work hard to meet your needs and requests--even a lot of last-minute things (I've popped into the shop 5 minutes to closing and seen the staff make beautiful wraps for flustered boyfriends who needed flowers last minute!) I have known Courtney for decades. She has an incredible attention to detail and creates STUNNING and CREATIVE arrangements!!! She also helped our family with suggestions for a funeral in another state. NEVER order flowers on-line. I made that BIG mistake... The online company used a cheap local florist that substituted inexpensive flowers for roses and sent a smaller arrangement than what we ordered. Coutney is a person with impeccable integrity and a real PASSION in the artistry of floral arrangements!

My only issue was spending over $180 on flowers and having them die the very next day. Edit: Immediately after i posted this review, the owner reached out to me. I've never been to another flower shop like this, and I will never go to another flower shop again. The colors and fillers are always perfectly proportioned. Cute arrangements available daily or succulents. Took two stars off because I was shocked with the coldness of the staff. There were 4-6 people arranging flower and not one hello or welcome, not even a smile. It was odd. My husband also went on his own and was not spoken to until he interrupted the workers conversation to ask to check out.

Another mediocre place in Utah. Paid $100+ dollars for an arrangement, and got a horrible arrangement. I called customer service and they tried to tell me I was wrong by saving that the hydrangeas were $20 each, when on their Yelp picture (from 20 days ago) said $10 each. You can keep my money, hopefully that will make your business less dishonest.
