I order a flower arrangement for my wife. She was delivered the flower arrangement the driver said that it fell over in the van. The driver was horrible at customer service. The gift bag that should of a strawberries in it was empty. When I called they made me feel as though I was lying. They they did nothing extra to make up for it. I am very disappointed I will have to find a new florist. I urge you to do the same

I called (on valentine's day) and was put on hold for almost five minutes before they hung up on me. I called back and was on hold for another eight minutes. I asked if they had a dozen red roses,to which they replied, "you can walk into one of our stores and check, we usually have a lot on hand." I asked how much they would be, she said "$70 for short $80 for long stem" SERIOUSLY?!?! I know is valentine's but dang I can get the same over priced flowers from Smith's for $25

I've been here 3-4 times in the last year or so and every time I've had such a great experience. I've had a different employee every time and all were so friendly and helpful, and so easy to talk to while they organized my flowers, it's such a chill place. I love buying flowers here.

Went in to order Roses for anniversary for pick up the next day. Specifically said I needed them first thing at open, was told no problem we open at 8. Arrive the next morning at 8 and no one is at the store.. No one arrives until 8:15 and I am given the same flowers that were on display the day before, all they did was move them to the back cooler and not out front.. I asked about it and was told they were new roses which was a lie because I specifically marked the ribbon the day before.. Never again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Ordered specific white & blush roses for corsage/boutonniere, paid well over $50 immediately upon website order, received hot pink roses at pickup. Returned flowers immediately, received extreme customer service bad attitude for their mistake, and was advised that the refund has to be returned to my debit card. Two weeks later and many phone calls to the corporate office, my money was finally refunded while being advised " We forgot, sorry it took so long". Because of this company, I had to reorder new flowers with another flower shop last minute, pay again more money which should have been immediately refunded from Flower Patch, WVC on 5600 W, which shortened my acquired amount for my occasion, then had to fight for my refund back. This store, employees, and company deserves NO stars for lack thereof.
