Never had a bad experience with these guys. I bought my girlfriend flowers for her birthday from here, and a stuffed animal. The stuffed animal is in peak condition and the flowers lasted nicely. I'm going to them again today for our anniversary, so I clearly trust them when it comes to the important stuff!

When calling them the staff is helpful and friendly, arrangements are fresh and lovely, delivery is on-time, and they send me a picture of the arrangement. When making an out of town order it can sometimes not turn out well. But I give my highest marks of satisfaction to the Provo Flower Patch.

Order online and walked in to pick them up. It was a bit chaotic because it was Valentine’s Day but a worker came to help me pretty quickly and soon afterwards I had my flowers and was out the door. Slightly disorganized when I arrived but that could just be because of Valentine’s Day. Perhaps other times it is better.

We bought our flowers from for our Wedding back in July 2012. We ordered Tiger Lily's and got Day Lily's instead, The bouquet was gorgeous but then half the Lily's weren't even blooming which is why we didn't even realize till we got back from our honeymoon. Really disappointed and I knew this is a late review but it came up when I bought my wife a Tiger Lily for V day.

I have never been treated so poorly. They quoted me wrong for flowers for my grandpa's grave. Instead of honoring the quoted price the girl managing- Tiffany rudely said she could take off $10 which wasn't close to how much extra I paid. She then told me that they could take it apart and I could start again. I will never ever go here or any other flower patch. Thank you Flower patch for making this day even more upsetting.

Flowers are cheap if purchased by unit or pot, and not as set. I once was coming just out from work and just made it 5mins before the closing time to buy flowers for a date. The girls did assist me, but their smiles were not so legit or sincere and they felt somewhat grumpy, although I had in mind already what I wanted.

Called to make a minor request to get a rock from a flower bed (it’s a personal thing and would have meant a lot to my fiancé) the woman told me that she couldn’t do that but I was welcome to bring a rock down. It was a bad experience for me. I asked them if they had a wrist corsage and I was given one not for the hand. She never explained to me that I couldn't return the flower once I bought it. Nothing was done to the flower and I had to pay more money for a new one, and I couldnt get a refund for the other one.

I already posted a review on their website but I figure a lot of people check Google before clicking the website. I sent this to my grandma for her birthday. I forgot until the morning of and they were still able to get it to her by the afternoon. Talk about a quick same day delivery! I loved getting the picture, it helped to know exactly what she was talking about since the flower colors were a little different than the picture online. She said the flowers were fresh and smelled great! Very affordable. Very quick. Worth coming back to shop again!

Love Love LOVE this place! Not only do they always create beautiful arrangements, their customer service is always so great! In my experience, I've had to order last minute because my son's dates haven't given me their dress colors until super late. Each time I've called to order, I get the nicest people on the line! They're so friendly and personable. Clearly, they are treated really well! This past time, I went with my son to pick up his date's corsage which I pre paid for. I asked if I could purchase a single rose for his date's mom and she so kindly gave me a rose on the house! She was so friendly and courteous! I really wish I would've gotten both her name, as well as the man that took my order. There are probably at least half a dozen other floral shops between my house and the Flower Patch, but I continue to shop here every time! I called in an order and went in at the arranged time for pickup. They lost the order. The service was very poor. The quality was also not good. I ended up going to the grocery store to purchase greenery and baby’s breath to supplement their arrangement. I will not be returning to flower patch. I would give 0 stars if this was a possibility.

Was charged eighty six dollars on a arrangement that tulips was the main flower. When i arrived to pick them up they had about six tiney tulips drowning in a vase full of greenery that was utterly disgusting. The young man that did not make the arrangement tried his best but to no avail. I showed him a picture that FTD had delivered for me earlier in the week for twenty dollars less that made the flower patch arrangements look pathetic. Sorry but maceys arrangement look better.

Prices are pretty good. They're not outrageously expensive or cheap, but fairly solid pricing. Of course, since they're a flower shop, you will be expecting ~$15 for the basic boutique. Their work has been well done since I've been there (looks nice and professionally done). So all in all, they are pretty awesome, but I wasn't blown away by them.
