This is the 3rd time I have received an arrangement from the Flower Patch. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but none of the arrangements have lasted longer than a week. I could understand if it happened once, but 3 different times with 3 different types of flowers. Very disappointing. I've told my husband and parents to order from a different shop next time.

Disappointed with the delivery on my order today. Why have it for a scheduled time if they are not going to make the scheduled time. still have not received my refund. It's been 10 business days. Every time I call the customer service number I keep getting told different things about how the cancellation has been processed. It's not even the money that has me frustrated at this point. Now it's the run around I keep getting.

Ordered something for a funeral I wasn’t able to attend (I’m in Maryland) and didn’t know I’d get a picture of what I ordered! They definitely made it perfect AND it after seeing the picture I knew I’d made the right choice. Having someone care about the meaning behind the flowers and going above and beyond meant so much more.

It won't allow me to post the whole situation that lead to my dissatisfaction, but need let's just say I ordered with them for my wedding. They ruined my order and had a poor coordination between workers. They did not Rectify their mistakes. Definitely do not order from here if you have a big order. Maybe if it's just one little tiny bouquet at the be fine.

I was looking for flowers for my wife's birthday and I thought I would stop into the Ogden location. Their selection was very limited, and some of the flowers on display looked old and wilted. The blond older lady that was there was cold and indifferent. That is not the way to greet a customer. I walked right out and went to Lunds Floral. I was greeted warmly with awesome customer service and got a beautiful arrangement. Sorry Flower Patch. I will make sure never use you in the future.

Thank you! They smelled very good and looked cute. My husband LOVED them. My only complaint is that I wanted it delivered between 12-2 when he would be there, but it was delivered before 11am before he got there. But otherwise it was great!
