The Flower Patch sends spam every 2 or 3 days. It refuses to remove email addresses from its mailing list. I encourage you to avoid this establishment. While placing a phone order, I gave Flower Patch my email address so I could get a receipt of my purchase. Now, it sends me email every 2 or 3 days. I have asked Flower Patch to stop sending email to me several time, but it refuses to do so. In fact, Flower Patch wrote the following to me: "I will add a note to your info so we do not take any future orders from you." Isn't that funny? They have the arrogance to think that I would want to do business with them in the future. I encourage you to avoid this establishment. My experience was with the Flower Patch in Bountiful. I worry that all franchises treat customers poorly so I am sharing it at this store: Flower Patch, American Fork, 101 NW State St #100, American Fork, UT 84003. July 2018 Update: I appreciate that you seem to care. That is worth a lot. However, I wish you would have stated that you were sorry your company chose to send to me frequent marketing emails without my permission. And I wish you would have stated that you've changed company policies. You are asking me to call. I have already tried doing that, and the Bountiful store refused to help. The woman I spoke with (I do not recall her name) said that it was *impossible* for her to remove my email address. Really? But now you say that each email includes an unsubscribe button. This misses the whole point: why do I have to unsubscribe when I did not subscribe in the first place?

Purchased a bouquet last moment for a friend living in Utah. They were able to deliver in under 3 hours, and she loved them. The fact that they send you a picture of the bouquet when they're getting ready to deliver made me feel great, living across country and not being able to see them in person. Would definitely order again.Easy website, peace of mind when ordering from another state.

Perfect. I ordered flowers for same day delivery. The process was simple and quick to put in the order. Received an email to confirm, as well as to show me the actual flowers with a picture in an email. Then I hour am email to confirm delivery. Everything was great! Would definitely use them again.

I have ordered from here several times over the years and most often their flowers are good. I recently just ordered a dozen roses for my wife ($76) and the flowers wilted within two days to where they were completely drooping over. I called a few days later to complain and they told me we probably got a bad bunch of flowers and that basically it was their fault. However they didn't offer to compensate us or even offer anything to make up for it. The customer service was very disappointing. I don't feel I can order from this place again and I won't be able to recommend them to friends or family.

I ordered the floral arrangement with the cute snowman and white accent flowers, which was shown on their ad. I received the arrangement with a substitute snowman head and no accent flowers. I called and told them I was unhappy with my order and they apologized but did nothing to remedy the situation. Very disappointing transaction, you don't get what is advertised, I will not order from this company again. (See photo)

I live in Maine and not being near family makes it hard on many levels. Flower Patch in AF UT made sending my mom flowers super easy. I asked that they be delivered on a specific date within a specific time frame (to ensure Mom would get them while at work) and they made that happen with no problems. I really like the arrangement- the only complaint I would have is that the number of the person I wanted it delivered to wasn't taken. I know that other delivery services call to let the person know someone ordered flowers for them, so that person can be home and expecting them. My friend wasn't aware, and I would rather have the company call than me tell her myself. So i would just say if the deliveree could be notified by you guys in the future, so they can be home to recieve the flowers that'd be great. But they're beautiful, thank you so much for your help!

I order flowers here to make my own bouquet for my wedding in March. The flowers we received were dead. We kept them in water until we made the bouquet and then kept them in water and in the fridge, but they were just dead from start to finish. The white anemone I order were as much red as they were white on top of everything else. It was fairly upsetting for me to have dead flowers at my wedding, it just sucked and I spent a decent amount of money on them. I called them a few weeks later after I gotten settled back into school and was above water again to complain about the flowers and was told that I had to report within 72 hours or they weren't sure what they could do for me. They said they'd call their call center and call me back to let me know what they could do. A little bit later I was told they could give me a 10% discount. I don't understand how I'm supposed to notify them within 72 hours of my WEDDING, I was a bit busy. I'm taking 20 credit hours and I work 2 jobs on top of that. I called when I could, but I was still only given $8 back and paid $72 for the worst part of my wedding. I will never use them again and I would suggest others avoid them as well.

Ordered flowers in bulk for my wedding. They came and were not even open. They told us that all we had to do was let them be in warmer temps for the flowers to open up. Well we did just that and they still didn't open. We wanted large normal sized roses they told us they only carried those but called them "small" roses. Well they were small roses. Not the size I had confirmed and shown them that I had wanted while ordering in store. It literally ruined all my arrangements and wedding bouquet. Very dissatisfied!

A few months ago for my moms Wedding, we ordered some flower arrangements from this Flower Patch American Fork location. When we went to pick them up they said that the order was not ready ... and when we asked for a refund and they said they didn't provide refunds. They stole our money ($70) and never delivered a service. Horrible customer service! We had to go to a local flower place and pay double the money so they could deliver on the same day. Stay away from them...
