I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister and I called to make sure they were able to deliver before noon. Everything was set up to go, only to find out by a different woman that they wouldn't deliver to where I asked. If I wouldn't have called, they probably wouldn't have told me until the delivery day and I would have been out of luck by that time. They need to have clear specifications on where they deliver, and need to process orders sooner so that people aren't left trying to do something last minute.

Got a bouquet of daisies. They were beautiful! I ordered them online. Paying online was easy and they were ready to be picked up on time. The ladies at the counter were super nice. It was easy to find. Super cute inside, with lots of knick knacks for sale, too.

Very unsatisfied second time that I order here the first it was out of state not the same flowers ok, understand but now I think there just not interested I guess in what the customer wants. This time flowers not the same as picture that was posted on site my name so misspelled do not recommend .very upsetting.

Photos of their arrangements that are posted to their web site are misleading compared to what was actually sent. We had flowers sent to the hospital, but the arrangement smelled like a weed lot and the staff had to move them. There were probably a reasonable number of flowers; however, there was a lot of cheap, unattractive filler and little effort put into the arrangement. If you are looking for artistic- this is not for you.

We received an amazingly beautiful floral arrangement and also a very beautiful fruit and goodies basket. Our children sent the basket to us, and they said it was a terrific price. I am very impressed with this floral & gift shop (excellent, caring customer service), the delivery (very polite and prompt), and with the amazing arrangements that have received many oohs and aahs! I have used Firehouse Floral every time I need to get flowers for any occasion. The staff there is always very helpful and nice. The flowers I get from there always outlast every other place I had tried. Firehouse Floral has a customer in me for life.

Ordered a gift basket for same day delivery, along with some balloons and flowers. Called the store to verify reception of the order. They told me that they didn't have sufficient staff on hand that day to deal with a gift basket delivery. Why do they have products on their website which they're not prepared to deliver? Strange & unprofessional. Poorly run business.
