Super disappointed with my last trip in I usually drive out of my way and tell everyone how great these guys are I ordered flowers that never were delivered when I called I never heard back until finally after my third attempt got a hold of someone only to be told they would have to call me back lots of running around finally spoke with a manager who said someone signed for it but offered little help or condolences in this frustrating and expensive ordeal poor customer service probably will look elsewhere next time

Very disappointed, I had a special occasion in which I ordered pink Rose's and had them delivered, instead I got Red Rose's delivered and when I called to ask why they said they didnt have anymore pink, so instead of calling me. they took it upon themselves to make that decision, just disappointed.

James is spectacular! Draper Flower Pros has the most beautiful flower arrangements. I told him my dream for wedding flowers and I was blown away by the result. They did all the flowers for both my wedding in 2015 and my sister in law this October (2018), and I would never go anywhere else.

We had a funeral. Picked out a nice arrangements, had them delivered. Only to arrive with a strange look from the wife of the deceased, and he sort of thanking us for the flowers. If I could give a big ZERO I would. The flowers were so bad, it looked like the driver ripped them and just shoved them in the case. Some flowers were wilted. Theyou were so bad they hide them. We were so embarrassed. The manager the next day offered nothing but excuses, not a single solution. He danced around it rather than making it right.

I've used them twice and service in the store was bad both times. Not friendly. Made me feel like I was bothering them. Didn't feel welcome there at all. They did deliver the flowers though.

Deniece from D.F.P. was very professional and very helpful. I am not that educated in floral and arrangements. Deniece got details from us about the wedding, style, colors, etc... She gave us suggestions and she made me feel confident in what she was helping us decided on. We were able to rent vases for our center pieces and they even delivered. Sent the wrong flowers. I called to see what I could have done differently in the ordering process and they said I ordered it correctly. Offered to send correct flowers and I thought I'd be giving 5 star review. Called me back about 10 minutes later and said they weren't able to deliver on that promise even though she had gotten managers approval.

Just tried to order flowers online. They don't offer delivery Feb 12-15th, yeah obviously that's a busy time, but this is when I need their services most and they were unable to deliver. I own a small business myself, when it rain it pours. Hire some extra labor and keep your clients coming back.

Draper Flower Pros made my simple wedding reception centerpieces, rented us the vases, and delivered them to our location and put the flowers on the tables. The arrangements were stunning and got numerous compliments. For my bridal pictures, they made me an emergency bouquet after my original bouquet didn't turn out. I've had nothing but amazing service and products from them.

I came in with my fiancé to have flowers done for our wedding. We asked for only greenery and some white roses. I went to pick up my bouquet and it was hideous.there were Lillie’s, red roses and baby breath. I called and asked if they could change it. I had my sister take it back to get fixed. She showed the florist what we wanted and they said “No problem!” We got it back and it still looked nothing like we asked. They took out the Lillie’s and baby breath. It was a pretty bouquet but I didn’t feel like I should have paid almost $100 for something I didn’t want. Remind you we ordered with them a month before our event. Very disappointed.

I was on my way to an event in Draper and needed some flowers. Found these guys online, called them and said, "I want to spend X, I don't want carnations, a vase or a pre-made bouquet, please just do something nice and I'll be there in 10 minutes." "No problem, we can do that for you!" I arrived in 7 and they were tying the bow on one of the prettiest, freshest and longest-stemmed arrangements I've ever purchased. Lovely work, real pros.

Ordered flowers for my wife for V-day from 1800flowers. They used Draper Flower Pros as the local shop. The flowers were perfect! They even delivered them on time, despite what I'm sure was a busy day. My wife loves the flowers, and I couldn't be happier!

My husband ordered flowers for our Anniversary and picked them up himself. The arrangement was so bad that he apologized for the flowers. The flowers are arranged poorly, have very few flowers, mostly just fillers and you pay a premium price for a marginal arrangement! We will find somewhere else to purchase flowers!

Prices are outrageous. I was in a bind and ordered their cheapest arrangement (three roses) and one was WAY longer than the other two. The ribbon looked like a strip of PJs tied around the vase.
