We selected Campus Floral to provide flowers for our father’s funeral. Our family is from Hawaii so we asked if they could find some specific tropical flowers that are our mother’s favorites (anthuriums, ginger, orchids...). Even with short notice Corrine and staff were able to find beautiful tropical flowers and greenery and create an amazing spray and side pieces that helped set the mood for a local family service. I would recommend that people looking for flowers for any occasion try Campus Floral. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Corrine and Heather are some of the most hardworking, patient, and creative people I've met and they work hard to make sure their student florists are always learning and growing. When I came to BYU, I had no idea what I wanted to study or do as a career, but through working with Corrine and Heather, I was inspired to follow in their footsteps, eventually leading to my own career in floral. I learned everything I know about flowers and design from Heather and Corrine, and I will always be so grateful to them for the time and love they have given me. Further, working as an employee here, I can attest that the flowers are high quality and that each arrangement/bouquet is made with care, matching the customer's style preferences with the unique style of Campus Floral.

I know how to take care of cut flowers so I know it wasn't my care. I won't waste the money and I'll tell him not to go there again.

Campus Floral did a wonderful job with my wedding flowers! I love how creative the manager and designers are. I told them my color scheme, price range, and a few flowers I love, and they created a bouquet more beautiful than I could have imagined. I received many compliments on my bouquet (even from other brides who had the same color palette I did). They also created a one of a kind bouquet for my bridal photos that was stunning as well. They were great to work with, budget wise. I was pretty limited with what I had to spend but they were still able to find beautiful fresh flowers to fit my budget. I would also recommend them for your day to day flower needs. The girls up front are super friendly and helpful and the designers are creative and unique with their arrangements. They always have high quality flowers in stock and strive to create quality work.

I saw your delivery driver swerve around a man in a crosswalk on 800 N a few days ago. The driver did not even attempt to stop for the pedestrian, she just swerved around him. Maybe talk to your driver and let her know pedestrians have the right of way. ESPECIALLY in a cross walk!

I have been able to get many bouquets from them. From a dozen roses for Valentines (which I had to order in advance) to just hand picking flowers from their fridge. The flowers do well and last at least a week if not two weeks (Some flowers fare better than others in general). The staff have always been helpful and courteous in picking flowers and then wrapping them up. They have even helped with extra flower food packets when the bouquet is a bigger one.

Short version: Unprofessional, low quality, dishonest. Corrine, the manager, will promise the world to get your business, but won't follow through to ensure her promise is fulfilled. Once you've paid, she doesn't care. And don't pay for a deluxe arrangement, because it might end up with less quality than should be acceptable for standard. Below is a picture of what I received (pics taken after I had spread out the roses myself since they were all on one side when I received it). If you want to see the standard version, just search "Be My Love bouquet" on Google images. It is the first one. They no longer offer this arrangement on their own website. Also a quick search of names on Facebook show that a good number of the five star reviews are Campus Floral employees. Long version: I had an order that I wanted to do through an online vendor that uses Campus Floral as the local florist that makes the arrangement. I would've done it through Campus Floral from the beginning, but I had a 25% off coupon for the other website that made it so I could order the "deluxe" version of the same arrangement for the price of the standard version at CF. Campus Floral called me after they received the order and practically begged me to just order it directly through them. They told me that they had already refused the order from the website, because the online vendor would take a cut of what I paid. The person telling me all of this was the manager, Corrinne. She personally promised that if I ordered it through them she would make sure that I would be satisfied and that I would get the arrangement quality that I was wanting. She tried to make it seem like she was helping me by telling me this information. I knew she was just wanting her shop to get the whole payment. I gave in and said that I would order it through them. So, I went through the trouble of calling the website, cancelling my order, and reordering though CF (specifically talking with Corrinne, again). What a joke. I showed up to pick up my bouqet a whole hour after my arranged time because I knew that Valentine's day is very busy for them. I told the employee at the counter what I was hear to pick up. She said "Just a moment" and went to the back. A good 5 minutes later, she emerges with my bouqet. I quickly grabbed it and left because there were multiple people waiting to be helped. When I arrived home, I looked at it, and it was horrible. There were many less flowers than in the photo, the Daisies looked like they had been stepped on. The lilies were falling apart, and all of the roses we're all thrown on one side! There was no way anyone had tried to make this look presentable! Some of the stems were so much longer than others that some roses we're unseen due to being covered while another rose was a full 8 inches above the rest of the arrangement. And I had ordered the "DELUXE" (defined by their website as more blooms than pictured and higher quality flowers) version of that bouqet. It didn't look even a tenth as good as the picture. Obviously, they hadn't finished my order and that employee had spent that 5 minutes frantically grabbing the flowers and throwing them in the vase. Since it was Valentine's day, I would have forgiven this if (1) I had ordered a "standard" version, (2) they hadn't begged for my order, and (3) I hadn't been given a personal promise from the manager that my order would be taken care of. I was EMBARRASSED to give the flowers to my fiance, who was very grateful that I had even thought to get them for her. Luckily, the flowers were only a side to the main gift. Unprofessional, low quality, dishonest.

Just got a HUGE balloon for my husbands birthday today (it was patterned like a globe) and believe me it was HUGE (and awesome), it almost didn't fit in my rav4. The girl was so nice and friendly. Took the balloon out to my car for me, while helping my two year old, while I carried my other baby out and unlocked the car. The girl (I wish I remembered her name!) was so patient while helping me find a way to get the balloon in the car. Definitely going back to get more of those giant balloons! Thanks campus floral!
